Amnaya Resort Nusa Dua

Comfy! I love that all rooms have balcony and seaters so you can hang, and those big glass sliding doors that you can open to let fresh air in. Loved it! Will definitely go back. ??

I like everything inside the room, the room is spacious with bathtub, really nice design and clean. The balcony is super nice and bed is ok.All staff are really friendly and ready to help you. They decorated my room for my wife birthday. You can always ask them for refill mineral water in the room for free. They upgrade my room by paying IDR. 50.000/night, i was happy about itThey have a beautiful swimming pool and gym area. We are really like swimming here. No tourists so only me at the swimming pool. Hoping the hotel can survive from this pandemi.

Water machine sound outside the room is annoying. This sound is working every minutes and you can hear clearly if you sit on the balcony. My room was in the second floor. I don't know this sound is from hotel or from the neighborhood.Wifi also is poor, the speed is only 1-2 mbps. I don't recommend for them who is working in distance and needs high speed internet.The beach near to the hotel is dirty, maybe because no tourists, no people clean it. Also the water is not clear and blue like in the other part of island.Unfortunately restaurant and spa don't work during lockdown of covid 19. So we need to go out to find cafe or restaurants or order food using grab or gojek. So many cafes, restaurants and hotels nearby impacted by covid 19, they are closed because no tourists.

I love that the room is nicely furnished, that it has a space for your laptops/gadgets when you want to work. I love that all rooms has a balcony! The staff are very helpful and friendly! I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again. :)

In my last 2 days in the hotel, the phone in the room did not work. So, it was kinda hard to call receptionists.

Everything was exceeded my expectation, the plans is just wonderful for everything, friendly staff, the service, the food and the spa. All in one perfect package. Will surely be coming back. Thank you Amnaya Resort Benoa.

All. The cleanliness and the room very nice because it's a brand new hotel, opening december 2019 just a moment before pandemic started. The ambience, pool and staff were great.

It was a huge miss when the Restaurant were temporary closed during the pandemic. But else was very good.

Loved the gym and the yoga.Staff does the excellent job, very welcoming and professional

Beautifully designed and laid out rooms and nice balcony area with daybed. Super comfy. Rooms are very spacious and high standard in-room facilities and fittings. Beautiful and quiet swimming pool and fitness area. Just a few minutes walk from the beach.

Unfortunately Bali and Indonesia are still suffering from the covid restrictions. The resort was running at minimal capacity and the restaurant remained closed during my stay. But once the island opens up to tourism again, this is a great place to chose in the Benoa / Nusa Dua area.

Staff were friendly, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable room was clean and tidy. Will be back again

Lovely hotel.

During covid the restaurants are off. And so is the neighborhood. Almost impossible to get a good coffee nearby or decent restaurant.

Room is very clean and tidy, staffs is very friendly. We stayed here for 3 days and it's amazing! Definetly will come back here!

I have been to many places and this hotel is really something. The people are great, the service is delightful and the spa is one of the bests.

The staff were some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered while staying at a hotel. They were happy, polite, friendly and wonderfully helpful. Would stay at the Amnaya again and again as our experience was truely amazing!
