ibis budget Geneve Saint Genis Pouilly

I found the place clean and in a good position.

heating system was not super powerful. You need to ask for the air drier at the reception it is not standard furniture

Service of the staff, they make room every day.

A car is a must to reach or need to walk 15 minutes to reach the hotel from the bus stop.

Very nice people work there at front desk.

No lotion in bathrooms. Also no bottle water in the room.

Second time here, close to the airport, quiet location, coffee is only 1.5E, restaurant nearby.

No chair in the room, no frig or water kettle.

Clean, air conditioning, close to CERN

Very convenient hotel. Cheap, very clean, modern installations in excellent condition. A bit difficult to reach, but not too bad. Going by car might be better, but a 10 minutes walk leaves in the centre of Saint Genis and by the bus stop. Excellent staff.

The breakfast of coffee plus croissant was too expensive (4 euros) for too little. It´s better to walk 10 minutes to the nearest bakery for a decent and cheap breakfast. The sensitivity of the smoke detector to deodorants seemed incredibly high.

Fast check-in and check-out. Very kind personnel. Room not much big, but very clean and comfortable. Quiet place. Pretty good breakfast.

Missing hairdryer, no small towel.

nice, clean, air-conditioned rooms

The breakfast selection was rather limited and during busier times, some of the options were not available (just empty trays).

The property too far from the city center and from the CERN often requires buying additional tickets as it is in a different zone.

It is really far and away from the bus stop. There is no proper guidance to reach the property by foot. Having a car could help

Cleanliness and staff

Location is bit far from city

Friendly, helpful staff

Location was a little bit remote especially when my son was dropping me back he had to go a long way out of his way & turn back to get home. There should be an easier way to get back on the main road without having to do this.

Air condition is good. Clean and Tidy. Nice Staff

Excellent stay for visiting CERN. Friendly staff and a great location — you're just a short walk from beautiful nature. Breakfast was very good!

The hotel was clean and the rooms were alright, pretty basic but what you would expect from an ibis budget. The staff was nice, we were able to use the breakfast room to give lunch to our children and there was a microwave.

The family room was not big enough for us, as we had big suitcases so that made everything a bit more challenging

Breakfast not included, air conditioning not included, room was 77 degrees. Uber didn’t pick up because hotel is on Swiss French border. Taxi to Geneva airport 65euro. Hotel didn’t have airport shuttle.Lovely receptionist.Website shows restaurant but it was the ibis 1 mile away.

Expensive, no airport shuttle

Really friendly staff that accommodate all our needs despite not having done it when we arrived and It had been already confirmed thru booking.

I didn't like that i had to upgrade my room in order to accommodate the needs that they already confirmed (coming with 2 children that required a crib)

Staff was very helpful and meal also good ( could be better). After asking for a bigger room , staff reacted immediately?

Location based. Walking distances to bus station short but not comfort at all, especially with bags and/or luggage

Clean and basic with free carparking. Good price.

Located in a business park.

Great location for visiting CERN. Only 5 minutes walk to a bus stop or local restaurants through the gate. The breakfast (additional charge) was good value.A very quiet hotel. Cheapest in the area.

Even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of cigarettes. The fan wasn't working, so there was a build-up of condensation on the windows and a damp feel to the room (although there is no mould yet).

The staff was very friendly. It was great to finally find some English speaking French people in the area. They answered a lot of my questions, helped me in localizing well. : )The breakfast was good enough. The rooms and bathrooms were cleaned regularly.

A little outside the town but great if you want to go to CERN or got some business at the Technoparc, it's great.
