Hotel was misleading in it's name saying "Airport Geneve", it suggests that it is located in Geneva, however it is in France.So although it is only 15 minutes to the airport via car, when you arrive you have to rely on expensive public transport.Unlike hotels in Geneva, who give their guest complimentary travel pass, this hotel does not due to it being in France.To give context a simple 10 minute journey in taxi cost around 30 euro each way, some trips cost more.There is nothing within walking distance or any entertainment close by.This hotel is basic for stay which is reflected in price however the amount you will spend on transport it would be more beneficial to upgrade to better location.

Clean, pretty stylish and great breakfast.

The hotel never explained that it was far from the airport, which left me really frustrated. I ended up waiting for an hour for a bus and then missed another one, with no more buses available afterward. Taxis were extremely expensive and wouldn’t accept my dog. When I ordered an Uber, the driver was initially reluctant because of my dog, but he ultimately agreed to take us after I mentioned my mother is 80 years old.Despite these transportation issues, the room was clean, and the breakfast was quite good. While taxis are ridiculously expensive, I found Uber to be reasonably priced.

During peak breakfast hours, it was quite crowded and there were times when dishes and food ran out, which was a bit disappointing; however, the staff worked very hard and did their best despite being extremely busy

The staff were very lovely and helpful. The lady on the desk overnight even gave us a sanitary towel as my daughter unexpectedly got her period and there were none available to buy, thank you so much xx

Perhaps you could supply sanitary products for free to to buy for this situation x

Lovely staff, clean place, short distance to the airport

Good value. Good breakfast. Good room size. Nice personnel. Good communication. Ok to get there via bus during day time if you don't take the shuttle bus. Close enough to the airport if you need to stay over night.

Expensive shuttle bus especially if it is one person. A bit inconvenient to book the shuttle bus 1day in advance considering that you depend on the flights which can be cancelled at any time. This info is communicated on the website though. If you want to visit Geneva city center, the latest transportation means gets there at 11am. And then a cab can cost a lot...

We had a great overnight stay — the hotel was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Excellent value overall and the staff were welcoming. Breakfast was so good.

Just note that while it’s called “Geneva Airport,” the hotel is located in Prévessin-Moëns on the French side. It’s not walking distance from the airport or Geneva city center. You’ll probably need a car or plan for a taxi/Uber.

We arrived by car so the location was comfortable! Parking is just outside the hotel! Rooms a bit small but beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly & breakfast satisfying!

There are dark curtains but room cannot get total dark. In general, I would stay again!

There wasn't a hair dryer in the bedroom and the room was quite small

Wonderful breakfast, extremely friendly staff, low price regarding the Geneva area, free parking, modern rooms.

There were lingering smells of cleaning products in the bathroom, perhaps even fortunately because the one coming from the shower drain was less pleasant.
