Neho Suites Porte de Geneve - Gare Annemasse

Kichen wares and good view. Staff were friendly.

Noise from the passing trainsStaff not making the beds daily and not cleaning the room daily.

Location is near to train station.

Very noisy neighborhood ,and train almost 24 hours passing by.

This is a wonderful place for a visit to Geneve, very close to the train station. Staff was very professional and helpful. The rooms are spacious and modern, beds are comfortable with good pillows. Property was great and clean. Excellent breakfast is served. Good private parking. Great place to stay.

Rooms are large enough with needed equipment. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel is worn out and smells like old days. The AC is non-existent. Very old type of fans. The management is greedy: for 30 min late check out they would make you pay, even if you checked in already very late and you stayed only a few hours in the room.

The room was clean and spacious

The room was so hot, the fan was there, but that didn't work for me, I still didn't understand why they're not providing air conditioning rooms because the temperature was too high. Another thing when I came back after my day trip, I found one of my rooms was left open, that was shocking..The housekeeping team didn't lock it properly. The breakfast wasn't great, not many choices, one of the days the coffee machine was broken. Disappointed.

The room was equipped with almost all the essential amenities, and the staff at the hotel were polite and professional throughout our stay.

The carpet in the room was quite dirty and seemed worn out. It really needs to be replaced, as it didn’t reflect the quality expected from a hotel of this level.

excellent location, the train is 3 minutes away where you can quickly travel to Geneva or some nice town in France, the breakfast is excellent, the service and the comfort of the room are excellent, everyone is very friendly

Location is perfect closer to the station and town centre. The room was more clean than expected. The receptionists were kind enough.

There is not air conditioning in the room

Clean, efficient staff, near railway station. Maybe not the best area at night, but good facilities during the day

Friendly staff. It has a kitchen inside the room. Location close to the center.

They gave me USED toilet paper in stead of giving a new roll.. in fact I ran out because they almost don’t give you ( but they charge you a 150€ deposit) and I ended up using tissues. Normally hotels give you an extra roll in case you need it but here it seems they are afraid of someone stealing it?I ordered 1 big bed but the room had actually 2, that were joined with 1 big sheet, so when I slept on the middle I felt very uncomfortable.Sunday at 1 am some city workers were doing something on the train tracks( right behind the hotel) using heavy machinery and it was impossible to sleep with that noise.

clean, modern facilities

the garage entry was hard to find, no signs to direct drivers

Location and parking

The toilet was unclean, and I had to change my room because the smell was horrendous! They kindly changed it afterwards.

A great hotel, a beautiful house, an excellent location, and an apartment that is very comfortable.

There are a few details to be aware of. The room is nice, but cost-saving measures are noticeable, such as the choice of sofa. Breakfast follows a "first come, first served" policy—if you arrive within the last 30 minutes, the selection may be limited to bread and butter. Parking instructions need updating, as Google Maps suggests a route against one-way traffic. Moreover, the directions provided at the reception, with two arrows and the word "on" pointing to the wrong direction, can be confusing.

It was near the train station, 5min walk and the reception is open 24h. The room is spacious and it was very convenient for a short stay near Geneva, considering that the prices are decent and depending where you need to commute, it's closer to Switzerland than Geneva Cornavin.

Too bad the cleaning people forgot to flush the toilet when cleaning the bathroom. I had a nice souvenir leftover from the former person... It came with a smell...

Close to the train station. Easy check in process . Clean room.

Great location close to train station, good sized room

facilities limited

Location was good because it was close to the tram and station. Apart from the occasional noise from the train, it was okay.

To be hounded through several emails received about a payment of 150 euros extra as caution fee and reminding me to keep the kitchen area tidy. That to me was very strange.

Great location close to the train/bus station. Great service and cleanness. Free wifi in the room.

Short walking distance from the train station; bathrooms were very spacious

We booked three rooms in total — One of the rooms did not have a dishwasher; one of the bathrooms had an odd smell

Good

- The property is situated next to train rails and trains were constantly passing and it was noisy and difficult to sleep. - The flat and the rooms were not clean, there were stains on many places on the floors, carpets and sofa. - It was too hot because there was only a fan, and there was no air-con
