Location and access to tram and train to Geneva and Lyon. AC and comfortable rooms.

Too much noise construction/renovation during the day….and dusty (because of construction/renovation ongoing).

Very good location for travelling by train. Helpful staff with good communication. Good breakfast. Simple room but everything works as supposed.

There was some kind of a smell in the room when I first came in but it disappeared by opening the window for a while.

Central location to Annemasse station One of the cheapest options in Annemasse Fine for 1 night

Small bathroom Beds could have been a bit cleaner

This hotel was better than I expected. There’s nothing fancy. Plain but with all necessary amenities. Electrical kettle - so unusual for hotels in France - is a great plus. Very clean. Located a few minutes walk both from the train station and the tram 17 which makes it easy to get to Geneva. Altogether a very pleasant experience

Very good

There was nowhere to park my car. There’s significant roadworks that meant street parking was restricted. The room also had the odour to stale cigarettes which was quite off putting. There wasn’t any available knives and folks because the dining room was closed when I arrived.

The room was clean but little bit too small for the price

This place is definitely not safe! Even with my boyfriend, I didn't feel safe at all! First night we arrived at the hotel late at night, we have been approached by two motorcycle in front of the hotel and they have been really scarry and threatening. The second night, we have been approached by a guy who was asking us if we wanted to buy a bicycle that he just "found" in the bush... You cannot park your car near by as there is a big road work all across the city! There is lots of dust everywhere. If you are Caucasian like us, you will never feel at home there. Doesn't feel like France at all

It was clean.

It was very difficult to find with no prior warning of the mass construction going on. The signage for the hotel was so small we couldn’t see it- especially in the dark. The parking offered had no instructions on how to find it, nor that it had a height limit which meant we had to drive around trying to find suitable parking. Walking to and from the carpark felt unsafe.

Location, cleanliness and friendly staff

Room was way too small for two guests travelling from overseas with luggage and nowhere to put your suitcases in the room. Not enough pillows.

The hotel is a 10 to 15 min walk from the station and from there it is about 20mins to the centre of Geneva.The room was very bright and the bathroom nice and clean.

The breakfast could be better. It wasn't bad, but could also be a lot nicer.

It’s clean and comfortable.

The hotel lift is under maintenance, very inconvenience of have to carry the luggage upstairs

wash room, bed, electric kettle are good, no fridge ,daily clean ,

nothing to dislike except non availability of front desk staff at noon.

A nice hotel in a good location, close to train station, which is only 20 minutes journey from Geneve city centre. Excellent value for this location! Also close to a number of restaurants and shops. Good size and comfortable rooms, good breakfast.

The sound insulation from other rooms and the corridor could be better.

Absolutely clean & comfortable. Well received & check in was a whiz. The proximity to the Rail station was only 10 minutes & convenient for us to venture to Geneva. Recommended.

Good location, clean and good value

The bed mattress needs to be changed, we slept on an inclined surface (U shape). The center of mattress was maybe by 5cm lower than sides.

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Helpful staff. Short walk to the train station with regular connections to Geneva. Decent and affordable restaurants around.

The breakfast didn't compare to breakfasts in the German or Hungarian hotels I stayed before/after Annemasse. But generally one shouldn't expect much from French breakfasts, and as for France the breakfast was not bad, there were boiled eggs and pancakes.

The room was spacious, bright and clean, with good air conditioning. The hotel is very near to the tram stop and train station, it was quiet at night, and the hostess was very nice. We do recommend this place :)

The elevator worked and the staff were helpful and ready to assist.

The mattress was way to soft and there were no instructions on how to turn on the AC.

The staff does not speak English

The bed was so comfortable and the hot water came through the shower after only a few seconds. It was a 10 minute level walk to the railway station. 5 minute walk to plenty of places to eat and a 6 cinema complex.

The shower stall was too small for me. If I dropped the soap I had to turn off the water open the door go out pick up the soap and get back in. For the majority of people it is probably ok.
