Was late checking in but reception immediately rang restaurant to reserve me a table. It was right on closing time.

Location was just perfect, clean and friendly staff

Missing some basic amenities, e.g. sandals, a cupboard to put your dresses, the tissue box was empty & the room was too tiny as we imagined as a family room

A bit overpriced

A very good hotel, conveniently located, nicely furnished. Good value for money. Friendly staff.

We arrived a few minutes before 9 pm and were disappointed to find the hotel restaurant closed.

Staff were friendly and room was clean. Located next to the station so for some probably a good location but not for us.

Disappointed that there was no water or water fountain to use. Car park was the local station carpark a few minutes walk away. We had our car loaded with holiday stuff & felt a bit concerned about its safety.Evening menu was limited & we considered it expensive for the food offered. However the food quality was very good Breakfast was chaotic & we had to clear our own table & there was a lack of certain foods

Once inside the hotel absolutely fine. Clean, comfortable and good service.

Location was awful. Access by car complicated via bus lanes with no parking (the parking is nearby in the public station car park meaning I had to remove my bikes and ask the hotel to keep them safe). The area of the hotel was not a place to hang around in either, quite rough on the Friday night when we arrived.

The position is perfect, right in front of the train station and near the parking where you can get 30% off through the hotel.The staff members are all really nice and friendly and always ready to help. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are clean and the wifi works great.

For those who have dinner included, the menu is the same every evening and therefore quite monotonous given that there are not many options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Even the food portions for the entire week we stayed were also different every night.

Food at downstairs restaurant was lest than average. Tasteless and overcooked. Even children food was un-appetizing. Breakfast was ok.

The location was great as the primary purpose of my trip was to visit my daughter who lives in Eaux-Vives in Geneva. From Annemasse to Geneve-Eaux-Vives took only 8 minutes on the very frequent and clean train service. The staff were really excellent, cheerful and helpful. The food was good. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

My problem was the room which was on the side of the street. The noise from the street was quite loud sometimes if the window was open. But I should have changed rooms early during my stay there.

Location next to station. Breakfast. Roof top bar.Staff. Resteraunt. Beds. Lights. USB connectors all round. Fridge and safe in room.

Paper cups in rooms. No mugs or cutlery. Bought mugs for tea and they were removed each morning, had to go and retrieve them. Staff very apologetic and helpful!

Additionally, many stations are either broken or occupied by company vehicles. ??•Despite booking half-board and providing the correct number and age of guests, additional charges were applied for the children. ???•The rooms are very small, making it difficult to access with a stroller, hence not ideal for families with children. ?️?‍?‍?‍??
