Moden facility and staff

The toilet was dirty and plugged up toilet paper and poop when we checked in. The bathroom smelled of sewer gas for the 5 days we stayed there. The toilet bowl smelled of sewer gas. The plumbing is probably not vented properly.

Great facility. Nice pool. Great staff. Excellent location. Mr. Cream restaurant downstairs.

The location was fabulous

Minimal cutlery. A can opener would be a great addition to the kitchen. At the price paid for a 3+ night stay one cleaning service and a towel change should be included.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. The design is appealing. We enjoyed the pool and rooftop patio.

Under counter lighting in the kitchen would be helpful. The music from the restaurant below was annoying.

Room like dungeon,very little natural light,had to turn light on in lounge in evening whilst sun still out!! Could not fully open blinds in bedroom because of proximity of balcony of building next door,2m away,and directly facing bedroom,awful.

Absolutely great location, clean, good hot shower, beautiful views and very kind staff!!!

The wifi would cut on and off at times which a video call with my wife back home a little challenging but that's it everything else was great!!

Could have had a sink in the frig area. We had to wash dishes in the bathroom.

Location- mid town, one block from the beach. Room on the top floor, 5th. View of the ocean from the shared deck. Staff service - Maritza was amazing!Bed- very comfortable.AC- room temperature was comfortable.Kitchen- fully stocked with appliances, plates, cutlery, coffee maker, etc.Pool- nice pool on main floor with private fence.

The smell in the room; They had 2 auto air fresheners (1 in the kitchen area and the other in the bathroom). The worst smell came from the bathroom - sewer smell? Outside noise; the window quality was poor. Could hear traffic noise, music and a rooster crowing through the night.Slow draining shower drain was a bit of a pain.The room rate was higher than what was noted on booking.com. Due to an uplift on the peso to USD exchange rate.

Condo was for 4 adults but had one wine glass and 3 coffee mugs.One couch, not enough seating.

Nice new and clean

Fairly noisy area. Nighttime was okay except Saturday- restaurant down the street was loud music until 4 am.Daytime is very noisy with all the construction work being done on the high rise one to two blocks away. You couldn’t really have a conversation with anyone at poolside although after a few days I didn’t notice that much.

Very comfortable space. Loved the openness of the layout. Great bed! More than enough storage for two.

Located in the south part of Bucerías it is one block from the ocean. The Mr. cream restaurant is on the first floor and serves a very bb good breakfast. The room and bed were spacious. The pool area is relaxing.

The swinging doors in and out of the bathroom are a nuisance. There is a microwave and refrigerator but no sink close in that area, only in the bathroom.

More glasses, kitchen utensils, and beach stuff supplied with the condo would be nice. Beach chairs and boogie boards, umbrella, bbq, etc.

The beds were very comfortable. An overhead fan kept the room cool enough most of the time but when needed, the AC worked well.The pool was a nice size and we felt very safe. Communication with the manager was easy and pleasant. Very close to the beach, restaurants and stores.

Even though there were some kitchen supplies, there wasn't much else. The only sink was in the bathroom and the plug didn't work. It seemed as if there was very minimal effort to allow for any food preparation. Although there was hot water available, we had to run the water for about 5 minutes before it warmed up. Some 'how to use' notes for the water, fan and tv would have been very helpful. The gym on the 5th floor was lacking equipment and wasn't air conditioned.
