It was run down and certainly was not what it looked like on the website

Great location, and well appointed, Beds were comfortable too.

Needs additional privacy in the bathroom/kitchen windows. The other guests staying were very loud till very late, and there is no soundproofing between rooms

Very dated inbuilt furniture, floor tiles needed a good scrub and cook top needed replacing badly. Outdoor area needed attention to weeds in paving and garden beds.

Really lovely staff and location was great, room was good and really quiet.

Room was clean and tidy.The only minor problem was the hot water tap on the sink was difficult turn off.

Customer service was amazing, she was such a lovely lady I felt a little saddened as she was the only worker checking-in visitors as well as cleaning and prepping the rooms to host their next guests. TV had all media platforms so that you could watch whatever. Also had air-conditioning which was great at night for the cold.

Unfortunately our bathroom had a fishy/old urine odour that would travel throughout the room but other than that everything else was tidy and clean for us.

Friendly staff. Motel is well presented and maintained for its age. Suited is well for a short overnight trip.

The bed was very comfortable and had just enough blankets. Good location near venue and businesses. Long desk to sit at and put our things on.

Being asked for a bond, because we weren't sure of arrival time but did arrive within check in times. Carpark very small for all guests. Curtain on door not wide enough or thick enough to block out lights that are left on all night outside the door. Walls not soundproof we could clearly hear people in next room.

The security with a gated entrance to the units, I thought was excellent.

A little aged perhaps but great value for money.

Is a very nice space, had all the necessary ammenities (microwave, jug, toaster & a portable electric top cooker) & comfy beds. Very close to Bruce Pullman Park & other areas like supermarkets/warehouse/restaurants & a 25 ish min drive to the airport & Manawa Bay.

The TV's only have access to the 1/2/3 etc chanels & doesn't have a chromecast, not necessarily a bad thing though

Staff were friendly and easy to deal with.Location was good as we were at an event at Bruce Pullman Park.

The room felt grimy and was very dated and not well maintained. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom need a very thorough clean (the toilet and shower were clean though). The shower had very little water pressure and it was very hard to control the temperature and the water was extremely hot. We were given towels, had no hand towel but and did have two flannels even though we had three people in the room. Mattress was very old and uncomfortable and every time you moved you could hear the springs.Will not stay again.

The milk was off. I thought,it was a little bit expensive for one person,

Jhen was very helpful. The property was really clean.

Since it's summer, we expected the air conditioning to work properly, but we had to open the windows instead. Unfortunately, when we did, the smell of cigarette smoke entered our rooms, making it quite uncomfortable.

Location was perfect for the event we went to ? Comfortable beds and property had everything we needed.

Staff is friendly

My mum got bitten by bed bugs.. dirty kitchen and old equipments and rusty. Wifi was not working at all if lots of people are using it. Hard and springy sofas. Pillows and beds are old asf. Towels that were ready to use are dirty!
