Krishna Motel - Newly Built in Papakura

Thenbedding & towels were clean, the bed was comfortable & the shower had good pressure.

The property is falsely advertised as new. It appears to be from the images but is in fact very damaged. All walls, doors, benches etc are dented, scratched or chipped. The property is dirty, there was even hair all over the bathroom vanity from the previous occupant. The over hob had layers of greasy buildup at the edges. The stairs & halls had dirty walls & leaves & dirt everywhere. The property advertises free wifi & 25 Sky TV channels but all the TV did was turn on & the wifi signal was incredibly weak & we couldnt even stream programmes on our devices. There was no info at the room for how to operate anything, or even any local information. There is zero privacy - you can be seen everywhere (even the bathroom if you have the window open) unless you have the curtains closed which are blackout, so its quite miserable during the day. Our booking was for 2 rooms & both were the same quality. The motel had the sence of halfway housing, with some of the other occupied rooms having some occupants appear like they were living there & there were cars coming & going all the time with some rough looking visitors who scowled at us. The staff were plesant, but reception was never open - we had to call & wait every time.

The room was beautifully styled.

The noise and staff assistance was disappointing. For a weekends accomadation this was and I left more tired than when I had arrived from a 8 hour drive.

It was very convenient to where we had to go for the Oztag tournament we were attending

We had a couple close by that was yelling and screaming abuse at each other late at night into the early hours of the morning which was quite disturbing

No TV channels no kitchen utensils no linen

Lovely venue

Came back from a funeral and to be advised from receptionist that they don't service rooms. So my room hadn't been clean. Disappointing

Room service was non-existent no cleaning no soap no dishwashing liquid to clean stains on sheets stains on doona

Location was good as we were 5mins up the road from where we were going. Shower was great. Staff was lovely very welcoming. Had milk, tea and coffee which was nice. Bed was super comfy to sleep on. Had access to netflix so was lovely to watch movies with our 2 boys and get them settled.

It would have been lovely to have 4 towels as there were four of us staying as well as some facecloths. There was no toaster which we have never experienced staying somewhere without one and would have been handy but we did use the oven instead to toast the toast so not a huge loss. There was a lot going on and was loud with people talking, beeping horns towards midnight so didn't get much sleep.

No bedside lights, only one chair, staff helpful

Please fix your locking system for future guests.

Had a hard time with locking and opening the door from the outside. Wasted so much time trying to lock it. There were no towels ready upon check-in. The fridge was installed when we just got inside and it was past 4 PM already.

The motel is nice and clean. The price is fair, and the staff is also very kind. It is definitely worth the value.

The room is quiet and bed is comfortable. Close to all of the places we want to visit in South Auckland.

No complaints

Bed and bath linen was crisp and clean. Kitchenette was.modern.

Both hot plates faulty, one not working at all. Not one cooking utensil, not even a serving spoon.. Only one very large saucepan to cook in, no frypan . No dish drainer, dishcloth, brush or tea towel to wash or dry dishes. A table but no chairs.Room smelt of very stale cooking odours.No hair-dryer.

didn't get the room I paid for. as a family room I had booked was 2 queen beds I got a queen and a single bed. Not any cheaper when asked about it. had a 'Smart tv' that couldn't be watched due to no live tv channels and when went to watch Nexflix there were already too many watches please try again so 3 nights no tv lucky my little kids didn't come this time. Rung the numbers on the wall was told manager would come up. but no one showed. it was clean, other than the price for what I didn't get wasn't happy

We booked for 8 nights, ended up staying only 2 nights. Didn't get any service as it is required. Asked for cleaned towels , got only one towel. And 1 roll of toilet paper. When asked he was not helpful.. I would like to get all money refunded please. He said he will do refund still waiting. I paid over $1000.Thanks
