Brand new Fairfield Inn & Suites in West Kelowna just off Hwy 97 next door to Two Eagles Golf Course. It offers an indoor pool with a 39 foot waterslide and kids splashpad. Mission Hill Family Estate Winery is 2.5 mi away. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. A 32" flat-screen TV is featured in each guestroom at the Fairfield Inn & Suites West Kelowna. A microwave and refrigerator are also provided. Free toiletries are included in the spacious private bathroom. Fairfield Inn & Suites West Kelowna is a completely nonsmoking hotel with a fitness center and 24-hour business center. - The service desk on Saturday night. She was super nice and professional.
- Staff friendliness and helpfulness.
- rooms clean got to check in early which really helped after arriving staff very pleasant Wonderful breakfast staff who kept replenishing all food as needed very helpful in every way!!! Would stay there again for sure.
Cons -
- Price was quoted by you in American Dollars. We are pissed with you. We live in Canada and the hotel is in Canada. Why did you hide the price and then put it in USD? That is very poor business. We won¿t use you again.
- We were awoken at 7:30 in the morning to construction in the room next to us. The loud hammering did not stop for 1 hour. This despite the fact that I called down to the front desk waited for 15 min and went down to the front desk to discuss.
- I did not see when I booked that it is US$. Plus I never seen my refund for my deposit placed back on my visa. Never again
