The location is really hard to beat. Easy walk to the beach, Bangla Rd, and plenty of places to shop and eat.

The site claims to offer an airport shuttle. This is not true. Not a complimentary one, anyway. This was very upsetting to discover, as it was a major reason I chose this hotel. The staff made little effort to rectify the situation.

Horrible staff wouldn’t recommend staying here to my worst enemy

Rude staff. Facilities didn’t work. Asked for things to be fixed and they said they would the following day. However they didn’t fix anything and continued to blame me for not reminding them. Staff told me to leave if I didn’t like it. I was not refunded for the remaining days of my stay either. They refused.

Opposite side building can see in. On the 4th floor there's no lift so not a good hotel for special needs . Towels were a bit worn. The WiFi TV box was a bit useless always couldn't connect

The location was great, it was very close to the beach and town centre.

There is no elevator and guests were smoking in the corridors when i arrived which made the whole place smell bad. The room was ok, it was small but it had a balcony which was nice.

Good location, a minute from the beach. Bed was hard, restroom was dirty and we got a room on the 5th floor and there is no elevator!!! :( Breakfast was good.

Worst hotel i have been at, dirty room and hotel breakfast was NOT good. We hope we wont get sick. We did not even take a shower in the morning because its so dirty. We had the deluxe king room.

Room was small and comfortable, had everything we needed for the stay, amazing location very close to the main events, but not too close.

That is near beach

Its no lift. You must to bring your luggage by upstairs. No clean room, all inventor its to old. I never come back this hotel.

Near Patong beach.

There’s no elevator. We had to go up and down to and from the fifth floor.

The hotel is at the end of a street that is only 100m from the beach. We did not have to pay for any extra travel as everything was just a walk away.

The room we got only had two small windows so lacked day light and there is no lift in the building. Walking up 5 floors can be hard especially with heavy luggage.

Room was a good size. Staff were very helpful. Laundry service very good. Beach towel hire available. Clean. Great location

No lift to 5th floor so nightmare with cases and walking up and down. Not much choice for breakfast although very nice.

u could feel the metal springs in the bed. luckely the give me a second duvet and it was much better

Location was in great proximity to the beach and Bangla st., for a decent price. Staff did their best to assist and were very friendly.We had the included breakfast which was convenient (but repetitive).Lots of room to store things. AC worked great.It was inexpensive and was worth what we paid for the location we were in.

Being on the 4th floor with no elevator (luck of the draw). Rooms need an update. Bed was hard but worked. Cleaning needs to be a bit better. Sheets were clean, and saw no bugs. Shower curtain was plastic, old, cracked and stained. Top blanket was not useable eek...Sliding door wouldn't lock securely (but we were up 4 storeys so we weren't too worried. And the only chair in the room was rusty and broken

Really nice place to stay, all staff are really helpful and courteous. Bee was especially helpful in booking trip to phi phi Island. Thank you everyone ?
