Excellent value for cost, clean rooms, great Accomodations. Resturaunt breakfast was such a bargain

Location a little off the beaten path, but still walking to Banglor and Patong Beach

Everything was beautiful, and clean. The staff we had such lovely conversations with them. We from south Africa , for a 3 star the hotel it lovely.

I didn't like the location, but it didn't really matter. We were always on the move exploring and walking around, so it's a great hotel if you want to explore Thailand and not just sit the room.

This hotel is located in a good position, away from the noise of main busy roads, but really close to everything. 15 mins walk from the beach, big food markets and the busiest roads with bars and night clubs. The staff were always nice and offered a good service. The room was simple, but spacious and nicely cleaned every day.

There were quite a lot of mosquitoes when I arrived into my room, but with a plug in mosquito repellent the situation got better. Also the aircon system just outside the window was quite noisy.

Very clean and big rooms. Comfy beds. Cleaning lady was doing her job properly, strongly recommended

My jewellery was stolen from my room. Also other people had the same problem.

Cleaners steal jewelry. Other reviews online with other people have same problem.

Walking distance to beach was little far

The double room I booked was spacious and the double bed was very comfy. It also came with a small balcony for me to dry my clothes. The wet bathroom was basic but clean and the shower was excellent, hot water was always available when I wanted it. The room came with a fridge, a TV and a table for working, something that I could not find in many other hotels for the price that this hotel offered. The aircon was excellent and made my stay very comfortable when it got hot. The staff were very friendly and courteous too.The hotel was also a decent distance to a supermarket and shops for groceries and about 15 - 20 minutes from some Phuket hotspots by scooter.

A minimal complaint - I booked a "mountain" view room, and I did get the view of the mountains - but only slightly. All-in-all, I appreciated that my room overlooked the front of the hotel to the main road, with the mountains in the distance. I would say that it was still worth the money I paid to ensure I had a decent view and not facing a wall or overlooking the rear of the property.

Avoid this hotel, Rooms are small, location is decent, a bit away from the main noisy road but just 15 mins walk to the beach, 7 eleven is 5 mins walk. clean rooms but torn curtains,

There's no staff, no bell boy, only 1 lady at the reception. you have to carry your own luggage. The room was small. bathroom had no shower curtains so all floor was well and only small shower, No TAP!. The AC wasn't getting cool and the functions of the AC were very difficult. No central AC. The room they gave me had a tiny balcony but of no use as it faced directly a wall at 6 inch which felt claustrophobic. no use of balcony, we asked for a road facing room which they gave saying its deluxe room & gave free upgrade, had a good view but it was only view in the balcony and no difference in the room size or look. the curtains were torn which I photographed and showed to the staff saying this need to be on record. boring breakfast, lonely hotel. smelly bathroom. overall a bad hotel. definitely not recommended for the price I paid. I booked looking at the reviews and pictures but to my surprise, experience is not great.

Super friendly staff, excellent cleaning and good location, you can easily walk to beaches and restaurants and 7eleven. Close to c-department store and Jungceylon mall. Toki laundry minutes away. In the room fridge and watercooker. Good ac and great pressure in shower. Has elevator!

The staff were very stressfull and very disrespectful. The receptionist had no patience and didn’t care to help.

The hotel has a very eerie feeling. It’s far from the main attraction and not close to the beach at all. You check in at building 1 then you’re directed to your room in building 2. Building 2 looks like it’s still under construction or has been neglected. There’s no staff nor receptionist. The room is very small. Safety Deposit box is not provided in the room, to store your valuable items in there. The shower and faucet needs an unpgrade. Plumbing job on the faucet is terrible, broken pipe and leaking. No drinking water or bath towels. The hotel is next to a construction building, with no views or attraction, very isolated in a back street. The signage needs upgrading, doesn’t light up at night, makes it hard to find the hotel.
