I can’t describe how great our stay was, the staff attitude, facilities, cleanliness, food and activities was exceptional

We had a fabulous three day stay at Ayana Segara Bali Resort. The resort is absolutely beautiful. Room was a perfect blend of modern luxury with traditional Balinese charm also very clean and spacious. The bed was so comfortable. The staff were all wonderful. I was celebrating my birthday and received so many nice messages, they also suprised me with birthday cake and balloons, they truly made me feel so special. Would definitely recommended staying here, hope to be back soon.Thank you all again ?.

It’s a stunning property & there is so much to do within Ayana estate - you really don’t need to leave which was ideal for the holiday we wanted. The staff are so kind & they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Very clean and modern hotel. Great facilities. Very friendly staff which are very thoughtful and gave us a card on departure which was very nice.

As a top notch hotel, the food was ok. And the location is bit far from downtown type recreation activities. Though grab is convenient.

The environment, the facilities, pools and bars are perfect!!! I think it's the best resort in Bali, definitely should visit Rock bar and luna pool!!

Location:Close to the city center and the shopping area. However the resort has many things to entertain you.Meet and Greet:Swift check in with nice welcome fresh flower necklace for all Rooms:Were quite nice and almost as shown in pictures.Restroom:Where clean and well designed Breakfast & Restaurants:The food variety was great and meets all demands - All teams were very helpful and niceEnvironment:Was mix between formal and family oriented.Staff:Very helpful and friendly mostly Facility :The resort has more things than other resorts like Ayana farm, Saka museum, Temple, Putting gulf and many activities

Not good WiFi coverage and cold swimming pools.

We stayed for 4 days, but we couldn't visit to all facilities Huge resort , very comfortable, kind employees!Everything was good :) thank You !!Especially, resoft activity making canang & visiting temple was so interesting ?? the guide Ayu, who proceeded activity, was amazing !

Beautiful, everyone was upbeat and apparently happy. Large number of restaurants at the resort. Very nice swim pools.

The Air conditioning was weak. So we transfered to a different room with somewhat better AC.

The best hotel in Bali , cleanliness , huge territory , a variety of leisure activities , many food options , beautiful views , attentive and helpful staff , live music , amazing , I especially want to mention Wayn Mar Dika , and the cool waiter with tricks in the rooftop bar ,the staff tries to make your stay comfortable and not forgotten

The beach is not suitable for everyone, but there are many pools

Very nice hotel, exceptional friendly and helpful staff. Due to the fact, that 3 Ayana hotels are connected together, there are plenty of restaurants, bars and pools available.

Just do not underestimate the costs onsite for drinks, food, beauty treatments etc. Many sportive activities (e.g. yoga) require additional payments.

The rooms are fresh and new and overall very comfortable. The hotel has a great breakfast and access to three other hotels which make your stay entertaining.

The beach is beautiful.Most of the staff are friendly.

1：When we just arrived the hotel，the mini bar is empty and takes a long time to fulfill it. 2：The bathrobe in the room makes me itchy. 3：The staff in Kisik restaurant are a little racist，We have a reservation at 8：30,but when we got there,the staff seemed know nothing about that.Finally,we sat down at a greasy table，and the staff often ignore us to serve the white people next to us.

Ayana Segara is one of the several hotels within Ayana Resort and probably the newest one. If you stay in one hotel, you can also use all of the facilities of other hotels. It is not as far from the main hotel Ayana as e.g. Rimba, so that you can reach it within 5 mins with a shuttle which goes often enough. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, very clean and pretty new. Breakfast was totally amazing - a lot of choice for different types of cuisine - from European to Asian and American. Special thanks to iced latte & iced coffee. A lot of fruits, a lot of fresh pressed juices, smoothies etc. Good pastries, Omelettes, waffles, pancakes, Bali cakes, sushi, everything you would wish. Facilities are very well taken care of. You have also a lot of restaurants to visit and chose from. You have kids club and kids play area, also water slides and different shallow pools. We stayed previously in another 5 star hotel on Bali in the same price range and Ayana just beats it in every single point. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and friendly.

Only couple remarks if you travel with the kids: - difficult to find a place to change the diapers - sometimes there is even no changing table for the kids in the toilet… and no nursery room. This is a huge minus… at least when I asked the staff they only showed me a regular toilet, which is kind of not that comfortable for diaper changes… - if you have a stroller be prepared for a lot of stairs… sometimes you have an alternative, sometimes you don’t… so not that stroller friendly. probably a general problem in Bali- not enough places to sit/lay nearby the pools… of course you don’t want to have the sun loungers on every single square meter, but e.g. near the kids pool there were just 10 or so, which is of course just not enough for such a huge resort. - kids menu: be prepared that there is only a choice of 5 dishes around the resort. but of course you can order from regular menu for adults.
