- This hotel was amazing! The meals were excellent, the staff very kind, and there were so many activities. It’s a beautiful, spacious, and well-kept place with great rooms. Located right on the beach with wonderful evening shows - we didn’t want to leave!
Cons -
- We booked two restaurants and would say I would prefer to have stayed at the buffet restaurant. The traditional restaurant didn't have reservations for the days we were there so they recommended a restaurant outside of the hotel. We decided to go and were a bit disappointed, the dishes served were not traditional and was not worth it. The other one we tried was the Botanical Fine Dining, the food was not bad, but this restaurant is open air which means mid-meal we were hit by a wave of mosquitos and we couldn't finish the meal. Is not the hotel's fault but was not nice. Maybe change the Fine Dining to other place, maybe closed space. Also the staff was too much, we had 4 people there just surrounding our table, filling our glasses every time we took a sip, which was very inconvenient. For the room, only thing I didn't like was the AC being too noisy and beds could be more comfortable.

Very nice, helpful staff.
Room cleaning at least needed to be once in two days which did not happen. And due to humidity there was unpleasant smell all the time in rooms, without open windows it is hard to stay in the room.
Water park
Everything is just mediocre, long lines in breakfast, I waited 30 min just to make reservation to a restaurant, food is bad, very bad.The only thing that is nice is the water park.
This is a great hotel with excellent facilities, especially for families. There are always activities available throughout the day—whenever you feel like joining in. You can enjoy different pools, and there’s entertainment every evening. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. A special thanks to Maria, one of the restaurant supervisors, and Sofia from the restaurant team. Their warm and professional service made our stay even more enjoyable.
The food was generally good, but for guests staying a full week, it can feel a bit repetitive. Also, the restaurant near the Aqua Park could offer more variety in its menu, even though the quality was fine.
The food was amazing and swimming pool and aqua parks. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. We had a problem with the room booking, but the reception helped resolve it.
The Kids club wasn’t as prepared as previous years. I am not sure if the program hasn’t started yet when I was there.
Large, great facilities, pool, beach, sports and watersports
Everything was good, if one complaint, not enough pressure in the shower but still reasonable
The hotel was fantastic, we didn't feel like we were in the hotel, it was more like living in the private ranch or botanical garden. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and positive. Very relaxing atmosphere, kids loved aqua park, delicious food..
Hotel grounds, big territory.Nice water slides for older kids and adults Asian restaurant was really tasty. Most of the staff members polite and welcoming.Food in the main restaurant pretty the same all the time, but tasty
1. Room - very basic, not 5*, no ventilator in the bathroom, just one window to the hallway where people pass by and see everything inside. Moisture all over the room even though we kept windows open all day long. The room itself was positioned with no sun shining in during the day, so it was dark and cold. Not pleaser to stay in.2. Cleaning lady. Rude! First time in my traveling experience had sth like that - no knocking, no word of "room service", just flying into the room. Zero privacy. Surprised my teenage daughter while she was in toilet (by the way - no lock for toilet doors). Then I had stomach problems, was sleeping in the the bed and she again just came in the room without the knock. After that we used the chain for main doors above the handle - she again flew in while we were selleping at 8 AM. The chain banged and stopped her. How can sth like this be acceptable? It feels likely it was an absolute norm for her ☹️3. Beach. Such a dissapointment. Beautiful nature, but not at all 5* sunloungers. They were rusty, tired and with no mattress. No service right at the beach - you need to go and queue the bar yourself. Also not quite a 5* level of lounge.4. Way too many small kids. It fell more like a kindergarten. I love kids, don't get me wrong. But leasure in kindergarten is not my first choise. If you have small kids and you want them a company, it's the right place. For our family this was not quite the thing ?
good facility for kids and family, staff is good, not much to complain about. Wine concerconnoisseur was very helpful with her recommendations and really helped us pair good local wine with the right food.
1) Vegan, vegetarian options were quite limited/ repetitive. they could do more in that area. 2) Wine tasting includes only two types of wine per session. so one might not get to experience all the tasty wines they have.
The place is off the hook. Great facilities The staff was super nice
At the beginning of October, the water was ice coldWe will be back there at July for sure
Location right next to the beach, whole hotel located in beautiful garden. Food totally exceeded our expectations! It was delicious. We also loved beach bar.Exceptional, amazing and always helpful staff. Huge thanks. Especially thanks to Georgia who hosted wine tasting for us! Nice surprise were a la carte restaurants - we loved lobster dinner menu and greek restaurant with octopus and other Greek dishes.
- Staff were amazing - so friendly and so accommodating. We asked to move rooms and they sorted it out overnight and it felt like no trouble at all. Thank you.- Good value for money; we went in October so out of season but I think for an all inclusive with the facilities it has, it’s really reasonable.- The food was really good!! Really varied and fresh.- Lovely cocktails!!- Having access to a private beach felt like such a treat. The beach bar was also fab and we spent many many hours there !! - The grounds in general are amazing - really vast and picturesque.
We really really enjoyed our stay here however the hotel on the whole was a bit rough round the edges;- We stayed in ‘Yucca Residence’ which is one of the family residences and unfortunately the rooms here let the hotel down. They’re tired, dark and look nothing like the photos. It never felt overly clean and I think they could all do with a revamp.- Booking dinner reservations on the app is not easy. The app wasn’t that user friendly.- The high chairs in the buffet were all either broken or really old and dirty- most of them could do with being replaced.- There’s an extra 25 euro charge pp to use the spa - I don’t think there should be.
. I do not recommend the hotel.
We are very disappointed with the hotel, the reality was far from what the hotel advertises on the website, most of the things do not exist (restaurants, atmosphere, shows, etc... do not exist). The hotel is not ready for the autumn period in terms of the weather, we were not in any of the restaurants that the hotel offers because they were closed, we did not enjoy the pools, what's more the main pool is closed on Sunday, the rooms were full of ants. We booked two rooms with five adults and two children, in fact we arrived with one less adult and we also did not receive a refund. I do not recommend the hotel.
The public areas are beautiful, well-maintained, and welcoming. The entire site looks fantastic. The kids especially loved the lovely water park. The pools and beach are also very pleasant, providing a great experience. There is a wide variety of food, and the staff offers excellent service.
The rooms are comfortable, but they feel a bit outdated and don’t match the same design standard as the rest of the hotel. It wasn’t easy to book a table at the restaurants (apparently, you need to plan several days in advance), and we only managed to get a reservation one evening by chance. It’s natural for a lush, humid place like this to have a lot of mosquitoes, but it’s too bad there aren’t any window screens in the rooms or more mosquito repellents in the public areas. In any case, bring some mosquito repellent from home, and you’ll be fine.
Staff very friendly and helpful. The service, food quality and drinks were great.
The ala carte restaurants, are more like a set menu with fixed items and not a real ala carte sense. Also booking a table for 1 evening during a 5 day stay was challenging.Premises has a lot of mosquitos. Kids ended up with around 50 bites each
So good! Nice territory, great views, amazing food, and very friendly and helpful staff! We really enjoyed our stay. Aqua park with a slow river on the territory is such a wonderful idea! Facilities are in good condition. We also had 2 dinners at restaurants: fine dining and Asiana. 10/10 but seems hard to reserve when you are already there, so suggest to download the Grecotel app and reserve in advance, then you secure the spot. At restaurants they also adjust the food to dietary restrictions.
Gets pretty crowded at the buffet so sometimes when you leave to go get more food, your table gets cleaned and you come back to new people sitting at it.Also while eating we had couple of times waiters coming and taking the plate the second you put the last piece in your mouth, so while eating, you feel a bit rushed. In restaurants you get more relaxed waiters and vibes. Also the hotel focuses more on new guests rather the ones leaving in 1-2 days. We had an issue with our safebox in the first day and it was fixed in 1 hour but 2 days before departure our minibar wasn’t refilled and we had to call 3 times asking to bring us water.
Despite the hotel being crowded, it never felt too busy. The staff was very friendly, always serving with a smile and taking care of us constantly. Our request to change rooms due to noise and outdated facilities was resolved within a few hours. The new room was quieter, located away from the center where nightly events were taking place. The quiet atmosphere without music was very soothing. The resort offers everything you need to enjoy both rainy and hot weather without needing to leave. The room's fridge is restocked with drinks and water every two days, which was sufficient for us.We loved the beach bar—the cocktails, crepes, and ice cream were very good. The food was varied and very good.Plenty of activities for adults: aqua park, chess, ping pong, walks, and sports facilities. We felt relaxed and entertained throughout our stay.
The first room was too noisy as it was in the center of the complex where nightly events were taking place, and the rooms were a bit outdated. The second room lacked insect screens on the windows, and mosquitoes are a big issue on the island.Dinner at the à la carte restaurants requires booking well in advance; it's hard to find available slots in the app.The shop selling beach products has very high prices.
The place is beautiful, has several pools and lots to do. The staff is friendly and constantly asks if we want a drink or ready to direct to a snack station. The beach is nice and there lots of zones for different needs. The food in the main restaurant was very tasty and lots of tasty cocktails
The place seems new, in places so new that the staff hasn't been trained yet. We ask where is the bathroom - they don't know, who can help us to rent free water sports equipement - no one knows, after searching around for 20 minutes we find out it is closing in ten, so don't bother. On the arrival they said they have 4 restaurants included in the price but they all require bookings. We tried to book via website and app, calling them and apparently all was booked out for next 5 days! After speaking to two managers they magically found the space, but when we came to the restaurants they were always half empty. Not a good impression to speak to two supervisers on the first day. Wanted to rent a boat, they arranged it and asked us to check on them an hour prior about the whether - we called and they said all good and then cancel when we already were waiting for pick up. We waisted two hours prepping for the boat trip and it felt like they didn't care much. Spa is beautifully done and can be a really nice experience, but when we came there there were 3 trainees and no full time employees , no one showed us around, we didn't know there were lockers and showers. I had to go back to reception to ask where is the sauna, they came with me to turn on the lights in the facilities , there was a very loud loan moaner during the massage. It's all little things but they were constantly present. Everyone was very friendly but just not as helpful as one would have liked.
