They offered us another room in another hotel.

The bathroom in Honey Moon Suite is a disaster. Black mold, rust, everything is barely stick together, unbearable smell that doesn't allow you to fall asleep. Hot tub was also very dirty when checked in, after they cleaned it, it smelled chemicals so bad that it irritated eyes and was not possible to use. You pay 200 Euro for night and get this, plus stains all over, broken curtains and very very poor breakfast. It was not possible to stay there and they moved us to another hotel, but that hotel was also not fantastic and it was in absolutely another town, that we didn't want to stay, but there was no other choice, they didn't want to give us a refund.

Pool area was nice

Breakfast - no vegetables at all.Shower was either moldy or the showe head was clogged.The aircon engine was next to the sitting spot on the balcony.

We had the suite with pool and deck . Deck was awesome

Fridge pooped out. Damp … very damp.

Stayed in the honeymoon suite with hot tub, it was amazing, had the best holiday ever, the whole place was sooo beautiful that we've booked ourselves back in for next year... can't wait

Nothing it really was perfect

Very nice quiet location a 5 minute walk away from the main street and 10 minutes walk from local beach.

Next door hotel pool/children play area could become noisy in peak periods.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived early and they welcomed us with breakfast. Great location, short work from the bus to Corfu town and to all the local restaurants and beach. Lovely big rooms as well.

The shower was quite hard to use.

Breakfast was good, however there was quite a lot of uncovered items. Due to this, there was too many flies and wasps. I decided to give breakfast a miss on this occasion.

Set back away from the main road which was great for feeling a little more secluded but everything was an easy walk. Two bottles of water every day was great, made a huge difference. Loved the breakfast, the fresh pastries (savory and sweet) were amazing and whilst not much hot it wasn't missed by us at all. All the staff are absolutely lovely, all with a smile.

Some of the elements were looking a bit shabby. Around the pool many of the decking spaces the sun beds were on were broken. Nothing that ruined things but could do with some love. Some things had been done with a nice design idea but it's not quite executed to the slick level suggested in the pics. But pleasant enough.There are a LOT of wasps around at breakfast but they are trying to distract them with honey pots etc but just as a warning if they really bother you.Take a torch as sometimes walking back the lights on the road up weren't on, but with most of us having lights on our phone it's not a huge issue.

Great location. Very clean in all areas. Friendly staff, especially the service staff. Very spacious room, extra large bed, loads of storage and hanging space. Full size fridge. Bathroom very clean, good size, shower water pressure amazing. Separate sleeping and sitting areas, and veranda with 2 sun beds, table and chairs and hot tub which was exceptionally clean and lovely and warm. Air conditioning was great. Pool area was lovely, never too busy, pool towels provided.

Nothing. We had a fantastic holiday, despite some rainy and cloudy days.

The resort is quiet and secluded. The pool area is neat and clean. From a distance it’s photogenic up close less so.

We booked to stay two nights in the Honeymoon suite with hot tub, we arrived later at night, around 10pm The hot tub was not switched on so was cold, It took all night to get to temperature,a curtain was missing from the window so the room was not fully private and the loo seat was not attached. I think that in an attempt to be stylish a shower door has been removed so water ends up soaking the floor. There was no one in reception when we arrived in was dark and pouring rain instructions were left as to the location of the room. Breakfast is mediocre and food tepid Wasps were crawling all over the fruits.White paint has been slapped badly on everything and is now peeling and shabby. A few designer inspired touches have been added to what is essentially an older resort and features heavily in the advertising Not the luxury experience we were expecting.

I would have liked music at breakfast for the atmosphere, a glass of Prosecco and orange juice available for breakfast and also a few things to be more thoroughly cleaned (cracks and dust)

Beautiful surrounding, clean and cool room. I liked design of the room. Staff was helpful and breakfast also delicious. Really calm and quiet place. I enjoyed it. Recommend for anyone.

All was great. A bit jelous of those who had private pool. ? Really - nothing to complain about.

Location. Clean rooms. Polite staff. Good breakfast. Lovely pool.

Tiny bathroom. Sink in the bedroom when it could have been made part of the bathroom to give more space. Lovely swimming pool but no atmosphere so we didn’t stay round it. Need to get rid of the beanbags as they have seen better days. Shame there isn’t a bar open in the evenings . After 8pm there is nothing.

The place was nice for the first sight.

But when you sleep at the room, you can see the accommodation is older, it was also rainy and we had a water inside the room, that was coming from outside. The whirlpool was totally freezing.

Everything! The suite was amazing, private jacuzzi, complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch! Staff was great, the location gave the impression of being nestled away, yet was within walking distance of city center!

Honestly the only issues were the bees around the pool with made it difficult to eat. However that’s just nature and we were ok with it!

Gorgeous huge room with massive see view balcony. Super comfortable bed. Pool and jazzucci perfectly cool plenty of loungers and chairs by pool beds at the back are great! THE BREAKFAST IS ISANE GOOD super fresh and something for everyone yogurt fruit pastries bread eggs ham cheese hot items excellent value for money! Staff lovely and super clean short 5 min walk to shops/restaurant’s and beach 10mins

Clean, modern and has everything you need.

Unfortunately the rooms are not as sound proof as advertised. I got woken up every day by people coming in from parties or leaving early for flights.The neighbours closing and opening doors, etc

The privacy

Can hear hear other guests in room adjacent when indoors, jacuzzi had dirt scum all around it and we had to wait two hours on it being cleaned, not enough towels to incorporate using jacuzzi and major accident zone with no matting to prevent wet floor coming in from jacuzzi. My parter fell and hurt his knee

The room we were in (Honeymoon Suite) was a great size. I enjoyed there were 2 types of robes to choose from. The pool itself was nice. Parking being available at no extra cost was good. Breakfast was basic but fine.

Everything was very run down and outdated. So many bugs everywhere (dragonflies at the pool and bees at breakfast). The pool furniture was very old and not maintained - we avoided as it was a bit grotty. Bad coffee - just an old coffee machine. You are able to walk to the main road with restaurants/shops and to the beach but it’s a bit far and we opted to drive every time.Curtains didn’t cover the windows and were basically falling off the rail - used a couch cushion/mattress to cover the windows a bit.

Breakfast was very good, lots of selections to choose from. The staff were so friendly and always there if you need anything. The Joy Life package was brilliant and worth the money. The room was very nice and very clean, fresh towels were given and bed always made without being disturbed.

The pool area could get some TLC e.g. replace broke. Sun loungers and cut the grass - but only minor things.. we will be returning!
