Beautiful hotel right next to the seaside! Stylish interior and very quiet peaceful location. I loved the lush gardens, the swimming pool and accommodating polite staff. Definitely will be coming back!

The hotel itself is very beautiful, the pool temperature is amazing, the hotel is walking distance from the beach and the staff Kiana and Kiana are very friendly.

Disappointed a little, but you get what you pay for.

Everything was clean and the grounds are beautiful. However, the rooms lacked some expected comforts. There were no blankets for the beds - only sheets, which was strange. We had to run air conditioning for humidity due to a family member's breathing issues, so with no blankets at all, it was a very cold and uncomfortable night. There were absolutely no blankets on the beds - there was one blanket stuffed up on a shelf but it was dusty and not enough for all the beds.

This hotel truly exceeded all our expectations, providing a fantastic holiday experience.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The owner was attentive and responsive to any questions or requests we had, making us feel truly valued as guests. The bar staff were also fantastic - friendly, accommodating, and always happy to offer recommendations.The facilities were top-notch. We especially loved the swimming pool, which was perfect for a refreshing dip after a day exploring the area. The lush garden provided a tranquil oasis where we could relax and unwind. Our room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard every day. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness of the cleaner, who always greeted us with a smile. The room itself was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a wonderfully comfortable mattress that guaranteed a great night's sleep.The location of the hotel was also ideal. Just a short 3-minute walk from the beach, it was perfectly situated for enjoying the beautiful coastline.And to top it all off, the value for money was exceptional. We couldn't believe the quality of the accommodation and service for the price we paid.Overall, we had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ilena. It was the perfect combination of friendly service, excellent facilities, and a fantastic location. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. We can't wait to return!

everything was spot on to be honest , nothing to complain about

Staff were very friendly and the pool was great very close to the beach as well. My room was a great size and once I figured out the air con it stayed a nice temperature.

Wifi was quite weak at times, the hotel is slightly out of the centre and at night you'll need to walk down an unlit road to get back to the hotel which is was a bit scary at times if you're on your own. Bathroom didn't always have warm water for showers, only had a sheet to sleep under and room cleaning/towel changes were once or twice for the week I was there.

Sometimes difficult to park your car at night. You need to book breakfast one day up front. We sometimes forgot and had to search breakfast somewhere else, own fault ofcourseBesides that nothing negative to say ?

A quiet and excellent hotel with a very beautiful garden. The apartment was beautiful, with a romantic view and well-furnished.

We were so surprised at how lovely this hotel is, the staff/owners amazing. Our room was huge beds so comfy. So quiet and peaceful. The photos do not do it justice it's an absolute hidden gem

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us out when we made a very stupid mistake with our booking. The location is a little away from a busy street, which makes it nice an quiet to sleep at night. Location wise its a great place to stay to explore the north side of the island (our favorite beach was Avlaki beach) and there are multiple restaurants nearby. The hotel also serves great Gin & Tonics at the pool bar. I would highly recommend the stay here!

Nothing the hotel can change, but there were lots of mosquitoes. Bring your spray!

We stayed here for almost two weeks in September and it was perfect. A short walk to both beach and town, with the most beautiful lush gardens. It was a relaxed and chilled atmosphere with very friendly and helpful but unobtrusive staff. Great little pool bar that seemed to be always open even when (as was often the case!) there was only one or two people at the pool. Amazing cocktails too. We had breakfast on our last morning and it was delicious, fresh and huge - and a total bargain. We had a large family apartment and it was spacious, private and comfortable with two balconies. Good power in the shower and excellent WiFi throughout the hotel. Bin emptied every day and fresh towels and sheets every three days or so. I’d definitely stay here again if I come back to Acharavi. Thanks for a perfect stay!

Ilena Hotel has a gorgeous garden with lots of amazing plants. Beautiful swimming pool and is located a short walk from the beach. Very friendly staff always ready to help with anything. The owner Kyana is lovely, very welcoming and superb host. Everyone makes you feel so welcome, the place is great for family with children as well as for couples and solo travellers. Very safe and relaxing.

We loved EVERYTHING!

We only stayed one night but it was great. Kids (x3) loved the pool, the guy that did everything was brilliant. We had lunch and breakfast there which were both fantastic and we walked down the road to a taverna on the beach which was also very good. It was all very easy, which is what you want on holiday!
