Location and cost is good and affordable

We had a leak in our room on the floor between the wall and the toilets and showers were very tired. Shower heads were snapped off the wall and the drains were smelly and there were signs of mold. The just need a bit of money spent on the maintenance otherwise all good.

Location was correct for my needs

The reception didn't answer so i had to push the gate. I hadn't received the code to get in as I had to paid the city Tax first.

Didn’t realise that did not have own toilet and showers. But fine for what looking for as somewhere to crash for one night. Rooms clean.

I liked everything except for the location. I thought we would have public transport nearby, but I was wrong. This is suitable only for people who comes by a car, if not they have walk 2.5km a day just to reach the nearest bus stop. Next time I'll stay here only if I travel in a car.

The toilet seats were always wet; we have to clean them every time before we use them. I don't know why they opted for this system; it is inconvenient. Please try to change or do something about this.

Easy parking TVGood dark room Quiet in corridor when we were there

External door entry machine seems broken.Had to use phone on counter to summon receptionist at about 10pm - took a long time before someone appeared. No clear instructions what to do. Lights went out in toilet after about 10 seconds

It was near Annecy

Difficult to access; staff sleeping and not available when needed access; room was dirty; towel and sheets used; room smelt of cigarette smoke; basin in room filthy.

The price and the coffee.

The location and the fact that one needs to walk around a lot to enter the hotel.

All was nice and clean, good size rooms for price

Rooms were HOT

nothing, that's why i've cancelled my reservation just after payed and entered in my room.

the room was close the to restroom and the smell of them was very bad and you can smell it everywhere include the front desk. when entered the room there was a strong smell of bleach, some strong that i can't stay inside the room.there were no other rooms available in a different part of the hotel, far from the toilette and without the bleach smell.

Everything. Hotel was a joke. Turned up to be greeted by big iron gates which was locked and I needed a passcode for which I didn’t have, and no one was answering the communication system. Had to ring booking.com to try and get gold or someone. I was finally greeted by a cleaner who had no idea how to deal with me. When I finally got into the room over 1.5 hours later, and being stood in the rain trying to get in, I found a freezing cold room and a heater on the wall which didn’t work! So I went to use the covers from the spare bed, which I found big brown stains on. Absolutely disgusted with my stay

Cheap and cheerful

Noisy residents at night, staff try to get into clean at 0815 even though check out not till 12

Awful, awful, awful. Did NOT match the photos provided when booking, not cleanly, smelly, just awful. I would highly encourage everyone to NOT stay here.

1.it is not possible to contact hotel via the phone they gave you.connection doesnt work2.I sent information we would come at night.Nobody sent us the instructions how to get in at night3.the instructions I finally got by calling to booking several times were not sufficient4.Finally I paid twice for the reservation,my money was accounted twice.Again,nobody contact me back from the hotel even after several claims of the payment

The hotel in general was not super clean. Our room was very basic with bad quality matresses. We could hear everything in the hallway. Toilets and showers were not clean at all. The day of the check out 1 hour before we got locked out of our room the code to enter the room was no longer working. The staff came and opened the door with a key did not even try to fix it.

Staff was super friendly. The hotel is close to 2 different bus stops which helps a lot for festival goers traveling on a budget. The breakfast was also surprisingly really nice, especially the croissants! Overall it was a pretty good value for money considering I was traveling during such a busy period (June).

The rooms are pretty small, it is basically just enough room to fit a bed in. Very basic but at least it's relatively cheap.Staff didn't speak a word of English-which made it difficult to communiicate. I would normally expect some basic level of English especially around the time the Annecy animation festival is on and many international people are there for the occasion. Also was there for 6 nights, and only had 1 towel and 1 toilet paper roll for the whole time. I would have prefered to have 1 towel change within that week. It is also quite far from Annecy which makes it less ideal if you are there for the festival.

I liked that there a quiet place during the night

I did not like the toilets without sink to watch the hands. The showers were cold and uncomfortable.

The price was pretty good and the location wasn't far from Annecy

very nice and helpful guy on reception when we arrived after 10pm and same hard working guy still at the desk, smiling and cheerful at 7am

The room was good with attached washroom

The receptionist was asking for credit card payment despite the fact that online payment was already done. Had to wait 20 mins before check-in. Then I had to call booking.com to complain.Suddenly he says all okay.But attitude very poor. Didn't speak English and not cooperating.
