Breakfast was good.

Hotel provided only one time water first day. For other days they started to sell me the water, what had made me disappointed.

Central location. Great staff

The mattress was too soft and needs replacement. The other rooms I stayed in had new and firm mattresses. Rm 409 bed needs a firmer mattress

I asked for a non-smoking room but it was one where obviously a lot of smoking had taken place. In addition, there was an ash tray at the table You could, unfortunately, feel the smoke smell all the time

Great room, very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff and good food. Location was great in the middle of the city.

This is probably the best hotel in Aktau. Very new. Rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. House keeping is daily and very well done. Laundry very quick and well done. Nice SkyBar upstairs. Pharmacy, shopping center and burger restaurant around the corner.

There is a bar or a night club downstairs with very loud music playing till 2-3am. Very well heard event on the 5th floor. Not a good idea to have such a club in the hotel’s building.

The quality of the hotel is superb. Rooms are very big and very cozy, particularly since it was well warmed for the season (end of november). The food quality is really good. The location is perfect, at walking distance from the beach area, the major avenues and main attractions in Aktau. Next to the hotel is a shopping centre with a supermarket where you can get local products. Staff is very helpful despite some difficulties in communicating in english. The experience at the hotel is added to a very positive journey in Aktau.

I need to point out two price issues, that by themselves do not affect my positive review of the hotel, but I consider them as matters to improve since they could cause unnecessary distress as a foreign tourist. First, I initially made a booking for 2 nights, although I was going to check-in very early (by 6 am) after the first night. I received a message about prices if I checked-in early (the first night would be charged half the price). The messaging through Booking.com was not good, so prices were not clear at all. I amended my booking for 1 night expecting to pay half of that night as early check-in. When paying my whole stay I was charged both full nights even though I did not stayed for the first full night. I guess I payed more than I should have, but the quality of the hotel and the whole experience is worth the value somehow. I consider that further communication skills in english are required to avoid such issues.Second, when using room service, the prices shown on the room ARE NOT the ones that are charged. They charge you more after 5.00 pm due to a change in the kitchen service. This is not stated anywhere, I pointed this out to the Manager who told me that they could not do anything. The price difference between what I expected according to the room information and what I was charged was 2 EUR, so it's not big deal. But this should be stated.

Location is amazing, 15 min walk from the sea, a lot of shops near by. Rooms are spacious and clean. Check in and check out is 24/7.

My room was facing a terrace under construction, so there were some workers occasionally and the window did not open. There was also a shower for disabled that was not designed to keep the water so it was all over the bathroom floor.

This was one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in - the bed, the pillows, the decor, the lighting, the air conditioning. I travel all over the world and stay in a lot of hotels - at the price it offered superb value.

The receptionists understanding of English did not meet the high standards set elsewhere.

All plumbing, furniture and shower cabin are in poor condition

Additional expenses (approx. 150€) for spilled wine in bed.

The inital greet from the reception was very good, the breakfast staff were brilliant, and we loved the roof top bar.

Cozy clean rooms, comfortable shower, good location - 10 to 15 minutes walk to Aktau Rock Trail, one of the major tourist attractions of the city on the shore of Caspian Sea. Highly recommended.

Everything was good, just breakfast options could be a bit further improved.

was too cold in the lobby, cold wind was blowing all around and hotel either didnt or couldnt do anything in two days, had to wait in front of the hotel upon arrival because main entrance was closed, there is no sauna in the hotel, gym is small

Nice standard hotel with all amenities and with nice breakfast, very close to seaside walking area

The transfer from the airport was requested in advance through Booking.com. I did call from another country to confirm the transfer by phone as well. The receptionist did, but nobody met me upon arrival. I was taken the last taxi.... In the hotel (in the morning) nobody even suggested about the breakfast (if required). Management needs to improve the hospitality processes. Best Regards!
