Al Jaad Mahbas Hotel

room was good and clean. buses to Alharam were available

no parking beds in the room were small even for one person. My room was with twin beds

It's far from harm but there is a bus all the day

There is no tea or coffee in the room

the staff is very friendly and helpful

the hotel is clean and the facilities are available like restaurants bus stops transportation

The hotel room was nice, clean and comfortable.

While it is close the Masjid Al Haram, it is not convenient to many shops and eating places. No taxis wanted to come to or go the the area Aziziyah where the hotel is located. I also arrived to the hotel and was told that I had not prepaid for my stay when I did and had to wait and provide evidence to several of the management staff before they found their mistake. I was not compensated or accommodated for the inconvenience. I wont be staying at this hotel ever again.

location

every thing smoking room dont have water staff not cooperative

Location is good as you can arrive Haram by using free transportation service 24/7.Cleanliness is good.Staff is welcoming.Free parking available.Price is reasonable.

Eating places are not close to it.Cooking facility not available.Room size is small.

think before book this hotel

-no isolation from out side-the path room not clean- hard to reach to the hotel by personnel car

Location to Haram

No restaurant, no water, no coffee,

Clean room and comfortable

Lack of staff, no restaurant or beverage or even water, phone not working, electrical cable not safe, refrigerator is not working, no source of electricity near beds

Getting to haram was easy . Linen was clean

The bathroom had lots of fleas..breakfast very poor ..no milk or butter ..powder milk jam one cheese cold boiled egg..no tea or coffee in room..never came to clean .. fridges were rusty

Location, clean and spacious rooms

Very poor breakfast, and congested entrance, delays in check in.

The staff was very helpful Special thanks to Adel at the reception

Little crowded but I think because of the vacation

Friendly reception staff, clean Room...

There was no variety in breakfast, and impolite room service staff, no daily cleaning.
