Amenities like furniture were old. They did not provide enough toothbrush and toothpaste even upon asking. Only 2 small bottles of complementary bottle.
Reception team were too friendly
1- Cleaning, I asked to change the toll 3 times. from room service face to face and by calling room service but nothing happened 2- bathroom always wet, my mother 72 years was sliding and thanks God that it’s minor injuries 3- maintenance of room very bad. first day the lock stuck and they broken the door to be able to out from my room. We spent 1 hour lockdown inside the room till they finish repairing

Far from Masjid Haram
Shops were close, bus to Masjid Haram was every hour,10-12 minute drive to Masjid Haram.Next time I wouldn't book as it's too far.
When I booked it said breakfast included but when we reached hotel staff said No breakfast included,A mistake somewhere.

Excellent educated staff at reception.Room was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel + there is bus(new) service to haram every 30 mins. You can park your in the basement.
the location was ideal and had close by facilities such as cafes shops and petrol station….I also liked that they had private parking free of charge.
the rooms are a bet outdated new furniture makeover can be a plus
