    Very Good

    Pros +

    • Great view, great hotel over all.
    • There are 3 staffers plus the mgr, that are EXTREMELY IMPRESSIVE. hotel employee in Lakes restaurant, and hotel employee in the kids activities. all 3 of these people represent the hotel as it should be and as is expected. They are friendly, accommodating
    • Location is beautiful

    Cons -

    • Was lots of spiderweb at the balcony. The door of our room was jammed and wasn¿t fixed while our stay. Generally speaking it¿s over priced hotel. The restaurants are hard to get in without a reservation 2 days prior, caused us a problem to have dinner.
    • I initially had issues that I never would have expected in a hotel of this caliber. I went thru 2 days of our holiday before I demanded to speak to the hotel manager. He was very attentive, took all of my concerns very seriously and acted on them.
    • Service was painfully slow. ¿Due to COVID-19¿ shouldn¿t be the reason for poor service a year and a half later.

the location- breathtaking scenery the infinity pool- swam in it at the end of November. the decor- in keeping with the area

    - food and drinks ridiculously overpriced - on morning of departure- charged $6.00 for two cups of regular coffee - no access to indoor hottub unless you paid at least $80.00 in spa fees

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-27-2018

Location. The location could not be beat. It was beautiful. The hotel is very nice. We upgraded to a balcony water view and it was very nice. The food was below average with better food being in teca and the chophouse. The buffet was very poor

The staff was unorderly. Very young and some unprofessional. For the money you pay your hoping service to be equivalent to a high end resort. It sadly is not

The views, amenities, and restaurant options

I wish they had the outside patio better lit at night. It was too dark to sit out and enjoy a glass of wine, we had to go inside.

The pool area and dining facilities were nice

The place was filled up so they gave us a suite in a separate building . There was only two of us so the extra bedroom was of no use and it was a long cold walk back to the pool area and dining facilities.there were also no vending machines in are buildin

The surrounding area, lake, fire pit beautiful

The front desk staff manager was cocky, rude and unhelpful. All other staff were fairly polite. Very expensive!

    9HaiderPosted on: 4-14-2017

The indoor/outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub!

limited food options and very pricey on site restaurants

    8FatimaPosted on: 8-16-2016

The hotel itself was awesome. Felt like a luxury hotel - especially when breakfast for 5 is $129!

The food was too expensive Our room wasn't ready until 9:30 pm on the day we arrived. They did end up giving us a night for free which was very much appreciated. I will go back as it was a great hotel with lots of things to do.

    The customer service was excellent.

The pool looks like it needs to be badly renovated.

    7Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-15-2018

Great but renovations (Todl about ahead of time) were a bit of a nuciance.

    9Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 2-14-2018

The overall ambience and experience. Great views from the hotel of Lake Rosseau.

    10Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 8-13-2017

The water activity staff work very hard and very good with the guests.

    6AndreaPosted on: 1-20-2026

Beautiful location. Very friendly staff. Free bike rental and tour was highlight. Good pool and hot tub.

Spa is outdated and tired. Property feels very corporate and interiors are dated. Dining options limited. Not great value for money.
