Campanile PRIME - Paris Saclay

All new and close to the event I attended, reasonable price for Paris

For being new, it is amazing that already several things seemed to be not working or not working well (like AC and toilet). The whole area is still under construction and is very isolated. Good bus service, though.

I paid half of the room cost, while a roommate paid the other half, but since I made the initial reservation, for some reason the staff could not produce two separate invoices (each indicating half of the cost). They told us they will produce the invoices later and email them to us which still have not happened in the last one month despite several email reminders. We both need our invoices so we can reimburse our costs and are still waiting/hoping that a miracle will happen at this point.

Bed was good. Happy hour was good. Location to conference was great. Staff was superb.

Room had a moldy smell. Carpet had a large stain. Not enough storage space to hang clothes. Shower had no enclosure so floor was slippery & dangerous. No metro stop yet, so expensive to reach location.

I paid the parking two times because of the staff mistake

It is clean with modern decor, in a good location for Saclay, Orsay, University Paris-Saclay. Breakfast is simple (not much choice), but good otherwise. Staff are friendly and helpful (if you can find them)

Although the hotel description mentions 24h front desk, there was no front desk staff (or ANY staff) around midnight, and the front door was locked. As a result, for approximately 30min people could not get out or in the hotel. This is completely unacceptable for many reasons, including safety

Very kind people at the reception desk. Perfectly quiet room with good working internet connection. I have been here a number of times and the quality is constant.

It is always very clean with beds that are super comfortable.Good coffee. The personnel always smiling.

Very nice, clean, new, nicely located in the campus of the University Paris Saclay, close to the forest, pleasant staff at the reception, good breakfast, very high value for the money.

The showers!!! You can't take a shower without spilling water everywhere then there hair all over the floor

The room is clean and comfartable. The breakfast is excellent. Hotel is located at the university campus. If you go to University, it is the best option. It is not so close to the centre of the city.

The temperature in room, but it is the usual situation in whole Paris. From my point of view, it is not resonable, whatever is the aim...

Menu choice was limited.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Apartment complex was very quiet. Parking on site at an additional cost.

They charged us a tax when we checked out so we had to pay extra on top of what we had already paid. Breakfast was also not worth 27 euros each.

Great stay. Staff members were great. Clean. Welcoming. Good for a short stay especially when visiting Universite Paris Saclay.

Bathroom storage is lacking and yet there’s space for shelves or even towel racks.
