Holiday Inn Express Bali Sunset Road By IHG

The staffs are very friendlyThe bedroom is bright

Variance of the breakfast

The hotel is exactly what was advertised from a Holiday Inn Express hotel, clean, functional, staff very helpful and while the breakfast was not a 5-Star spread it had sufficient choice and good quality.

There was nothing specific that I could say I didn't like as I said it delivered what it advertised

LOCATION: Only the location was one that I liked, as we had to travel less from the airport. Other than that, I didn't like anything.

ROOM: Honestly, I expected a little bigger room, and even though the staff at the reception gave me an upgrade, I could not see any upgraded version of it. I expect that in the future, whenever I come, I will get a better room.

Mac and printer

Security staff, food, cleanliness

Location and staff

It’s new but old conditionSome room condition is not clean properly

Friendly staff and all the basic amenities were fulfilled.

Deep cleaning is required in the room. The floor, AC vents and some major places of washroom were full of dirt and stains.

Staff (welcoming and willing to support) - 5 stars! The bed was comfy.

Bathroom fitting, balcony, corridor, location - did not feel like Holiday Inn

Staff very helpful

Some details require renovation, restaurant was out of products in the evening

Excellent hotel and staff. Very understanding staff in view of Google map issue - showing a different location for the hotel. Best stay I have had. I will highly recommend this place. To note: Always use the Grandlucky Supermarket as the point of reference for locating the hotel.

The property was well maintained. Room was excellent. I like the bed so comfy. WiFi was very good connection. HK clean the room everyday.Location is bit far from Seminyak area and the beach. Nearby are Supermarket, gift shops, bank and some local restaurants.Staffs at the reception friendly and professional.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and had a great variety. The location was good and close walking distance to the beach, outlets and food spots and beside a grocery store. The pool was also very nice.

Considerably clean hotel, good price, spacious parking spots

We arrived at 1.30am and got the room on the ground floor where the door of our room just about 3-4 meters away from the pool edge. We woke up at 8am as some people is speaking very loud in the pool. Ground floor is very noisy, and the gap between room door and pool is too narrow make the water spill out from the pool just 30-50cm away from the pool door, which left your shoes wet when entering the room.

Very clean, super nice staff, easy to find.

Brand new hotel with new furnishings. Very neat and clean facilities and rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Martinus at the Reception very polite and professional. Bed is so comfortable. Pool was clean and convenient. Grab pickup and dropoff is allowed at the carpark very convenient. Grand Lucky Supermarket and restaurant just next door. Free bottles of water provided much appreciated ?

Buffet Breakfast has limited options. You need to catch a Grab to the beach or other restaurants

Clean and comfortable room and courteous staff.

Nothing to point out.

Bed was good! Location Good!

The water heater was not too consistent :)

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Sunset Road and my experience was absolutely fantastic. The hotel offers a warm welcome and an elegant atmosphere that makes you feel instantly at home.Breakfast was one of the highlights of the stay. Every morning, a wide selection of fresh and delicious dishes was served with attention to detail. From international classics to local specialties, there was something for everyone. The buffet was plentiful and constantly replenished, ensuring freshness and variety. Particularly notable were the fresh and tasty desserts, which were the perfect way to start the day.The hotel rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with all modern comforts. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the view from the window offered a lovely glimpse of the city. The hotel staff were always helpful and courteous, ready to accommodate our every need with a smile. The location of the hotel is ideal, located in a strategic area that allows easy access to the main attractions of the city. Holiday Inn Sunset Road is the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay, whether for business trips or family vacations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality, comfort and exceptional service. I would like to thank: Chef Sandy, Erick, Triva, Edu, Hovian, Agung, Gus Windhu.

before arriving in Bali I had booked another hotel, like those hotels that you find on Booking with a breathtaking view surrounded by nature with a mega pool, unfortunately the reality was different from the photos, like many hotels in Bali. So if you want to be comfortable, clean, safe, with real photos to reality choose Holiday Inn Express Sunset Road the best

They give us an upgrade, changed our 2 standard rooms into 1 executive room and also gave us a free breakfast as compensation.

The hotel was under renovation so it kinda dusty, basement was smelly. That's why I didn't dare to swim at this stay since it doesn't look promising.

the location

the staff scams us, the water has labeled complimentary but they charges us money for the water

Reasonable price, service and accommodation more than i expected, excellent service from the staff, although i ordered for king size bed, but i've got twin bed instead, but everything else was stunning
