Good, close to the harbour. Nothing extraordinary but what you expect for that price, it’s very ok!

Neighborhood is not very clean, but it’s not fault of the hotel

The tap was leaking so there was constant noise in the night.

Very small and tight. There was no TV at the wall.Very Spartan.

Location close to ferry terminal. It's a local neighbourhood, not touristy, good local food. Nice view from room overlooking harbour/ocean. Nice little pool.

Room is pretty basic. Food offered for breakfast very basic but there's a good alternative nearby. Air conditioner was pretty noisy.

Excellent 1 night stopover and walking distance to the ferry to go to Gili Air. Basic hotel but has what we needed for 1 night.

It is great value for money. We slept in comfortable beds and had a lovely hot shower and it is only a few minutes walk from the port. There is also a shared balcony area with a stunning view of the Harbour.

I would just like to say to the entitled tourists out there that you should adjust your expectations to the cost -- it's obviously not a five star accommodation - but for the price we paid we were happy that we got a comfortable night's rest and a hot shower.

It is very close to the harbour which was ideal for our late check in from our flight and early check out to catch our boat in the morning.

One of the three rooms was a little unclean.

Only guest there, comes across deserted. In a very local area, didn’t feel too welcome as a solo female traveller. Swimming pool has no sun loungers / not very usable.

Required cash payment but had no change and wouldn't get any. No towels provided then reception unmanned. Musty basic bathroom.

Location was perfect for catching ferry in the morning. Room was comfortable enough for one night. Staff were friendly but with limited English. (I could learn Bahasa, instead of relying on English). Pool was lovely, refreshing and clean. Water available to top up your own bottle.

No pool towels or anywhere to relax near pool, unless you went into the restaurant area. No outdoor seating up on the viewing deck by our room, which would have been lovely to relax there. Breakfast was brought in from somewhere and was cold. Pancake was inedible.

Hard beds, no in room safe. Not much in the way of food outlets in area.

Spotlessly clean, fresh linens, neat and tidy property, freshly painted and we booked so we could walk to the ferry port. Was perfect. (Sad we didn’t get to use pool)
