I really liked the location — very close to beautiful restaurants and great surfing spots.

They have to do some renovation on the bathroom pls

Rooms are spacious and new , hotel locations is very good 1 min from the beach and to all city center activities in Seminyak

Firstly, the linen in our room was not properly changed or adequately washed, which already raised concerns regarding hygiene standards. Unfortunately, the situation escalated on my final day, when I suffered from a severe stomach infection after consuming breakfast at the hotel. Prior to this, I had not eaten anything else, making the source of the illness very clear.When this issue was reported to the reception staff, the response was completely unacceptable. The receptionist showed no empathy, concern, or willingness to assist, and instead dismissed the matter by stating that it could not be related to the hotel breakfast. Such a response is highly unprofessional, especially when a guest is clearly unwell and in pain.Additionally, an email was sent to the Duty Manager regarding this matter, which remains unanswered to date. The lack of response further reflects poor management and disregard for guest wellbeing.At the very least, I would have expected basic human concern — a simple follow-up or inquiry about my condition. The absence of any care, accountability, or communication from your staff has completely ruined our experience at your hotel.This situation raises serious concerns about hygiene practices, staff training, and customer care standards, and I expect this complaint to be taken seriously.

Our rooms were facing the road and it’s was a broken building.

The location was fantastic - a quick walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops around.The staff were particularly friendly and helpful - always acknowledged every guest with a smile and a greeting.The buffet breakfast was amazing

In high season, I would imagine it may be difficult to get a chair around the pool

Great location, two minute walk to the beach. Great buffet breakfast and very friendly staff. The rooms and resort are very clean.

- Staff.- Pool Bar and the prices there.- They are flexible with late check out.

-The hotel is very old already and need innovation.-Location in seminyak roads is very bad, one way only and very tight, you need a lot of time to spend in transportation.

The rooms are extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable, big balcony with a good view. There is a nice Greek restaurant near the hotel dont forget to check it out

The property is more for big families with kids or elderly families and not a good option for couples.. the hotel did nor give a vacation vibe since its very giant in a not an average neighborhood, its near the beach but not in a pleasant area

Staff were very friendly couldn't do enough to assist with questions or queries. Food was lovely.Beds a little hard but nothing that stopped us sleeping just preference.

Nothing we were very happy with all as it was value for money.

The location is amazing.

The hotel needs some maintenance and upgrades, bed sheets must be checked before being replaced it comes already dirty and stained sometimes.

Rooms were great - clean, spacious and comfortable. Only complaint would be the lighting in the bathroom which is way too dim for applying make-up. Location is great - on the border of Legian and Seminyak. Staff are gorgeous, as always :-)

Unfortunately I have nothing great to say about the breakfast. Although its a buffet, the food was basically the same day in, day out. Approx 2-3 dishes are changed every 2nd day, but they're not anything different from the two days prior ... just seems to be on an ongoing rotation. By the end of 1 week we weren't interested in eating it anymore. Expected better for the calibre of hotel and price we paid.

I had a great stay at this hotel, thanks to its incredibly convenient location. It’s just a short walk from the local markets and the beach, which made exploring the area effortless and enjoyable.The staff were consistently welcoming and professional, offering attentive customer service throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, they made sure all my needs were met with a friendly attitude and prompt assistance.The dining buffet was another highlight—there was a good variety of dishes, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. It was a great way to start and end the day.My room was always spotless, thanks to the housekeeping team who maintained a high standard of cleanliness. Coming back to a tidy, well-kept space each day made the experience even more comfortable.

The hotel is gorgeous with exceptional food, service and amenities. The beach is a few steps away. The staff are so kind and respectful. I had a few issues at first but the duty manager helped resolved them generousely.

Being told 2 hours before check in we were overlooking a development site, the power tripping out and then being told we have to sleep without the air conditioning on

The property was very close to the beach. The staff were very accommodating, as our flight arrived early in the morning, they were able to accommodate us before noon. Although the view from the room was construction, they informed us in advance and gave us welcome amenities.
