The hotel was absolutely beautiful and for this reason alone I would recommend it to others.
The staff is not attentive to the guests. The service was not par for a 5 star resort. At least 1 item was forgotten every time we ordered meals and drinks. We asked for an ice bucket 1 night and it never came. Our mini bar order was wrong another night.
The ambiance. The lush green trees everywhere. .Close location from room to beach. The staff. Being an adults only premises was a game changer! Overall a very nice stay!
The food was a hit or miss. Asian restaurant had the best food. Considering it is advertised as ¿gourmet¿ food, it was more like a 3 star food quality. The Mexican food and buffet was a disappointment. Regarding the checkin process, was 45 min -Too lon
