The location right by the beach and lake is perfect. All within walking distance of shops & restaurants

The bed was a little firm for my liking

The beds were super comfortable. The location is awesome, just in front of Nai Harn lake, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach.

That we couldn't stay there at least one more day :)

Everything, well priced hotel in great location. Much cheaper than other big hotels in the area but has good faciltie. Massive pool, never many people around and very quiet.

Nothing, great value for the money. It would be nice if they could develop the roof area so guests can sit and look at the lake. The hotel should think about putting a gate with a password on the outside stairs so the area can be used. I know they had a problem with non guests using the facilities so they closed it.

The staff were very friendly and could not do enough for you. The swimming pool was fabulous and the grounds were really well tendered to. Breakfast was very good and the room was clean and spacious.

The location is a little far from the restaurants and bar and also a fair walk to the beach. Saddly you cannot walk to the beach by the side of the lagon as it looks as if they were building a walkway and run out of money, this means you have ton walk on the road to the beach dodging traffic- this is not the hotels fault though.

We have stayed at the galley a few times now and really love the rooms and the location. The pool area is great and so quiet.Breakfast is good and included in our rate. Lovely big balcony and a nice big swing chair in the room. The beds are super comfortable and rolls are cleaned every day.

We booked the supreme room so we had extra space, the wood is getting a little worn in the bathroom after she could do with a wood stain and the tops of the mirrors (high up) could do with a good dusting

Nothing much to do around it very quiet area. Nice beach though no footpaths in the main area walking on busy roads

Breakfast good value for money

Reception area was clean and tidy but could have done with a bit better seating and perhaps some pictures or additional decor on the walls

Staff were lovely. Great gym. A bit far from the beach but they provide free bikes. However, the bikes need some TLC.

The room floor very dirty, it seems that they just brush it but never property clean it. If you walk bare foot in the room your feet gets dirty.

Nice place. Close to the beach. Free bike rentals were nice.

Nice pool and facilities, spacious room

Overpriced (in January) for this kind of experience [simple breakfasts, room fine but basic things missing like single use slippers, very cheap shampoos etc]. Also super strict on check out timings, was literally called and threatened to late check out charges after 3 mins post check out time. Very unpleasant experience for the price of decent 5 star resort

Very hospitable staff and rich breakfasts.

Overpriced for the current situation. There is construction works across the Nai Harn lake so it's impossible to enjoy this place fully

Pleasant

I n the morning, when we were sleeping, the cleaner came in, seeing that the room was dark and we were sleeping, closed the door and knocked again. This is our vacation, we wanted to sleep a little longer in the morning. When I went to the door, I said that we were sleeping, then the cleaner asked if we didn't want cleaning. I don't understand. If we haven't left the room before 9 am, then the room won't be cleaned? That day, our room wasn't cleaned. We also saw two snakes in the garden. My child didn't dare to go into the pool anymore

They have a huge pool, room was very clean and staff were very hospitable

Great location, gorgeous pool, very comfortable, modern and clean rooms. Staff were very helpful throughout our stay. We had some mosquitoes in our room when we first got there, but they were very proactive in getting rid of them all. Food was also lovely, enjoyed brekki. Most comfy bed I’ve slept on so far during my travels! Great value for money, strongly recommend!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pools were really nice and the greenery surrounding them was pleasant. The beds were very comfortable, and there was hardly any noise at night because the rooms are set back from the busy road by reception.

The rooftop bar is not in use. There were only beer and soft drinks available in the restaurant. No wine or cocktails on offer.This hotel is rated four stars, so I was disappointed that the towels were frayed and worn. Also, on one occasion, mine smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The curtains were rather shabby, and the hotel really could do with a bit of decorating inside and out. It looks a bit tired . My room had a feature bath incorporated in the open plan design with a separate enclosed shower. Unfortunately, there was a constant fausty smell in the room, and the bathtub didn't fill due to a leaky plug. It was not well designed, in my opinion. Also, there was no room to have a bedside table, which was annoying as the floor space was large, just not well thought out.The lighting was also rather odd.

Very comfortable and clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Fab pool big enough to do laps if you want sine exercise.

Terrible coffee! Luckily there's a great Cafe next door.

Lovely hotel very close to the best beaches on the island. We rented a car so were able to easily access the beaches, otherwise a short walk. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very nice pool to enjoy and nice balconies. A great value for the quality of the hotel and location.

Only plastic water bottels available and no way to refill our bottles - providing non-plastic options would be nice.

Staff is nice, check in and out was smooth.Good location, on the lake, and 10 minutes walking from the beach. Room is amazing with a comfortable bed, and a clean bathroom, pool is awesome as well.Breakfast was tasty with good variety.
