The water for the shower was inconsistently cold and hot - it unexpectedly burnt my skin. Hotel rooms are average but the parking lot, the stairs, etc were very dirty.

Our room has direct access to the inside court yard.

The facilities are somewhat old and run-down. The carpet needs thorough cleaning.

The hotel was convenient with the location right along the highway..There was a liquor store,restaurant and pub all within the building ..The check in girl was great and more than helpful..

Personally I think it¿s time for this hotel to upgrade a lot of things..It¿s definitely looking tired ¿

The restaurant is good

Stayed there twice this month and got the same room (2) both times. The room is very small and feels like a closet converted into a room. Then again, they have the best prices for rooms in town so I guess you get what you pay for. we will stay again.

Breakfast in hotel was very good.

You had to pay for your food at front desk which resulted in standing on line while people checked in or out - really bad system. We waited 15 -20 minutes to pay our dinner bill. Dinner was below average and the items we wanted to order were not available

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel was nice. There was also a liquor store. Good location and quiet room with everything I needed.

I'm pretty sure my bed had bed bugs as I've been covered in little red, itchy bites since my stay in this room. I am unhappy about this part of the stay. Also, not that I cared much, but the hot tub was broken that night.

Comfortable bed. Newer bathroom.

Many moths in room. tV difficult to use.

Easy to access by car- clean, friendly

Sidewalks and walkways are broken - I’m in a wheelchair - entry’s and exits from the parking lot were a long way from the door.

Next door making noise, but it was calming down after I called the front desk.

The breakfast was a surprise upgrade to my room upon arrival. Very tasty and on site!

Though the hotel didn’t look like much on the outside, the room was exceptionally nice. Huge, recently well redecorated room with king bed, big bathroom, stand-alone tub & big shower. Plenty big for our 2 Golden Retrievers. Hotel staff was very friendly & accommodating. Breakfast was included, and included a great chat with some regular locals, & superb waitress.

I slept fine but my wife said the mattress was “dead”. Unfortunately we didn’t know to go close up to the heating unit with the remote to make changes so it was too hot for us. Staff came right away to adjust it when we called them for help in the morning.

The Wells Gray Inn is a great value and very accommodating to our large group. We needed to stay an extra night and they happily met our needs. The restaurant is great and the staff is fantastic. This is a great place to stay in Clearwater.

No complaints here. Everything was very satisfactory.

This is the half way point for me travelling to Alberta. I come from Victoria going to Whitecourt Ab. It’s clean, friendly & restaurant on site.

Comfortable rooms, very soundproof, good bathrooms. Right off the highway - convenient. Pool tables in the restaurant were great to play. Front staff at night time check in (male) was super friendly.

Rooms - heater didn’t want to go past 19 degrees. Also when it turned on several times during the night it was so loud (like it was breaking) that my 2 year old woke up screaming every time. There are no upper locks on the doors so I had to barricade the door with my suitcase and other stuff because my 2 year old could easily open it (and did several times)The usbs on the wall lamps were broken on one of them so couldn’t plug in all of my things (didn’t have blocks with me). The room I booked online was not the one I received (reserved 1 queen bed and got 2 beds) and no microwave. Deal Was to provide free breakfast with stay. When checking in I was informed that only the adult was free but I’d have to pay for my children’s breakfasts. (Was ok with that). At breakfast they didn’t specify there were different menus so I ended up having to pay for all 4 of our breakfasts. Had dinner at the restaurant - I give 4/10. Food was not really great. Actually sent back my order because I couldn’t eat it (which I have never done) , kids also barely touched there’s. Upon checkout, I waited 20 minutes at the front desk for a worker to show up so I could get a print out of my bill. Another worker attempted to call as she was walking away. I ended up having to look At their desk space for a number to call - then the girl came a few minutes later.

Only 1 of the 2 restaurants was open for dinner, and the kitchen wasn’t working for full breakfast service unfortunately

Pillows and beds were the perfect firmness. So comfortable! Staff were accommodating and helpful!

The hot tub was closed for the season.

Rooms are comfortable and clean and once again we enjoyed the food in the restaurant.
