Clean, updated, wonderful location that was Dog friendly

It was an older hotel that had been updated

The setting is beautiful. It's on the lake. There were some opportunities for guests to kyak and sit and look out. The beds were comfortable.

It was a little run down. Things like broken picnic tables. We could hear the people above us walking back and forth.

Staff was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, big fans of the DC Universe.

It was close to Dutch Lake where my brother lives.

Bathroom smelled musty (room 105). Bathtub drain was very slow and there was a bit of pink mold on the drain.

Easy to find and centrally located.

That the free breakfast was a 7 minute drive away and was also not stated anywhere to know this ahead of time. We also experienced a sheet that didn’t look clean, whether it was stained or not changed it shouldn’t have been on a bed.

The rooms were clean & quiet & the beds comfortable.

Breakfast is at the golf course but doesn’t open till 9am. I would think most visitors would already be on the road to their next destination by then.

It had a nice view. The staff was friendly. The room was pretty clean

Bedding had stains on it. Night stand was in rough shape. Patio door was wide open when I got there. The shower cycled from hot to cold water frequently.

Near everything. Lake and mountain views.

Heater is a bit weak.

I loved how clean it was and that it was a hypoallergenic hotel.

There was a bright white light outside that I could not turn off that was shining all night and it was hard to sleep even with the curtains closed.the mattress could have been more comfortable.

I like the location of the motel, it's a short distance from the highway. 'The motel faces towards a lake, and the grounds are nice. The room itself was good.

The continental breakfast was minimal (oranges, muffins and yogurt). Temperature regulation in the room was a bit of an issue.

Good spot right on the lake, had private beach access which was one of the best parts of this place. Friendly staff. Some rooms have been renovated.

We had access to a large open yard where we could lounge and our dog could run around a little.

Breakfast was not onsite, you had to drive 9 minutes to a golf course, which for us was in the opposite direction we were travelling, so it wasn't very useful.

Good stop after a long drive. Location central to gas and restaurants

The AC cover fell. Looks like it was not part of the renovation.

Convenient stopover on our route to Penticton, BC. We had a room on the higher floor with lovely views from the balcony. Bed was new, semi-firm, and it had the bedbug wrap which always makes me feel more comfortable. The comforters were soft, which was a really nice addition. There was air conditioning, nice and cool. New coffee maker and great quality coffee; I really enjoyed 2 cups in the morning, watching the beautiful lake view from the back balcony. Staff were pleasant and willing to go above and beyond when needed.

Wi-Fi signal wasn’t strong, but it was good enough.

Breakfast was at a different place, 8 minutes drive from the hotel and was very basic and unappealing. There was no hairdryer in the room.

Clear room with a lovely location overlooking the lake. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the lake.
