Room was wonderful, we needed three beds for 4 adults andmour only option was a suite. Breakfast was AMAZING!

Modern, clean and spacious. We had a room facing a at from the highway, couldn’t hear any traffic at all, even with the window open. Breakfast was good.

Dog friendly, I don’t like the thought that a dog could have been in the room the day prior.

We booked through booking.com. We arrived there after a 5 hour drive, exhausted and just wanted to relax. The women at the counter said that the reservation was cancelled. I showed her my booking-app and that it’s already paid. She was really unfriendly and said, that it doesn’t change anything, the reservation was cancelled. We needed to book another hotel. After that I wrote booking for a refund, because it was already paid. They contacted best western and it’s said, that the reservation wasn’t cancelled. It’s a scam. Still waiting for a refund.

Great location, right next to a lovely restaurant. HUGE room, super equipped and comfortable. The kindest staff I've ever met in any hotel, very nice and willing to help! :) Good breakfast.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Close to the highway.

Understaffed, no service.

Room was not available until 5pm, long lone at check-in. Room was not serviced next day and beds were made for 2 even though we booked for 4. Generally understaffed. Felt like we paid full price and received half service

The whole paper plate breakfast seems excessively wasteful as is the plastic forks knives etc

It's a newer building, and so was clean. The room was large, but under furnished, but that's not necessarily a bad thing

The AC was very loud in the room, and we were surprised that, for a newer hotel, the AC system was so basic. Affectes sleep quality. Better and newer hotels tend to use more advanced and quieter cooling systems. Breakfast was standard, nothing special.

The property is immaculate and looks brand new still! The staff were super friendly especially the lovely lady working the breakfast time. Breakfast was a wonderful selection and delicious
