The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved that they had their own shuttle bus.
Ski in, ski out was great. Quiet woody location, lap pool, great customer service, comfortable beds, had been renovated recently.
Our stay was awesome! The hotel provided all the comforts of home and more.

Cons -

Hard to ski in/out.
There was no microwave in the room. That would be a good addition to make. There was a mini fridge.
The physical property address on the booking confirmation led us to believe the hotel was actually 200 miles away from where we wanted to stay causing a lot of trouble until we determined through a lot of work and phone calls that this was an error.

This place is super confusing to navigate! Horrible signage makes it impossible to find your way around.

Fantastic location for everything that is Beaver Creek.

It would have been better if everything was up and running to full capacity, but Covid had things shut down or very limited.
