- The location and atmosphere for skiing was perfect.

- Location!! Staff very friendly and helpful, Spa and Athletic facilities great, quality breakfast buffet (not included but amazingly good.) Wait staff very nice. Hotel and rooms beautifully decorated and clean.
Cons -
- The hotel room seemed a little dated and worn (but well-maintained), probably due for an update soon.
- 8100 restaurant staff was terrible in every way. Kitchen under staffed. Front of house not trained, seemed lost and confused....unprofessional. Food and drinks were not good. Gave them a second chance for breakfast the next day....still terrible!
- Food, old elevators, dated rooms, too crowded, slow service, too loud.
