Fletcher Hotel Restaurant De Witte Raaf

The hotel is close to the tulip fields, the dunes, and 5 minutes to Noordwijk. You feel like you're in the country. Lots of trails. The hotel had E bikes for rent. It's a good hotel and i would stay here again. The staff were very friendly with smiles.

Due for a little makeover interior and Exterior. Under staffed in the bar and restaurant. Balcony was not cleaned of leaves etc. Dust on the chairs and tables. I cleaned them off. There was mold on the balcony ceiling. A little bit of paint might help.

Quiet.

Lacked face towels.

We have stayed here previously, and know that the restaurant is excellent for us. The bedroom was good and clean, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The bathroom washbasin was the problem. 1. The mixer tap was difficult to move and use. 2. The plug in the basin did not fit the plughole. 3. The washbasin was so blocked that the water took a very long time to empty (which helped us to use the basin without a plug!).

IF YOU LIKE MOLD IN THE BATHROOM, THIN TOWELS, and DIRTY FLOORS, LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously, I’ve seen airport bathrooms that are cleaner. Disgusting place.

It was a great facility. We were only able to use it for a night on the way but we will definitely return for a longer holiday. The breakfast and restaurant ambiance were great.

Near dunes and the sea

Room need renovation. Looks like 20 years without renovation. Dark, windows location to the ground.

The room was nice and the place even nicer. A lot of space for cars. Staff professional

The wc was really small and the bathroom really smelly (plumbs, probably). The bedsheets were really dusty.

Our second time staying because we enjoy this location so much. Perfect place to relax with friends and family! Always clean and the staff is always friendly!

Perfect stay as always

No airco, no fan, no fridge. Cleaning service was poor. Bed sheets were not changed.

Lovely location near forest, dunes & beach. Great for walking and cycling.

Breakfast was good.

The shower screen didn’t work so the floor got very wet. The beds ok but one mattress was too big for the base. I paid extra for a terrace which was very poor, made of old timber and stone.

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. We loved that there are rooms that were non smoking, and free parking! We felt very safe. The most comfortable beds we have ever stayed on in a hotel!

Location was great . Had ample parking if others had parked correctly. Staff was very helpful in changing our room to another. Breakfast food was good.

First room smelled of smoke. Dead bugs on wall, curtains soiled ,handle to door came off. Hair dryer did not work, crumbs of food in chairs, Found 3 gold colored rings with clear stones and turned them in at office. Broken glass (not mine)in main door that needed cleaned up. Told staff and glass was still there next day.

Quiet and cozy. Had supper at the restaurant and was very good

Hidden away...but that's more of a plus!

Good location quiet surroundings and well placed for visiting other places. Excellent restaurant.

Rooms were not clean - floor was never swept either before or during our stay. The tea/coffee makings were not renewed - we had to provide our own. Extremely noisy central heating system kept us awake.

Like being next to the dunes and walking to beach. We had a large room.with balcony. All the staff were especially friendly and helpful

The location is nice

It was cold very cold. I could not a-just the heating. At the time I was full of cold and just wanted to. E warm.

we was in a cold room, and then they told as that it will be warm soon , but nothing. and they gave us smal dirty room even without soap

The staff was very nice. Loved the breakfast, everything was fresh and delicious.

Our room was very old and it definitely needs some maintenance. Lots of mould, rust and dirt on the walls. It was cold and it couldn't be fixed. Stains everywhere.

Clean room, friendly staff, good location close to the dunes and sea.
