- The internet was on and off which was not what was expected.
- never disclosed check in policy, i called them up during the day to let them know we were leaving los angeles around 6pm and should be there around10pm, they came up with a $20 late check in fee which i had no choice but to accept, i received a call at 9
- WiFi and parking are not free. All the items showed on the website are charged separately and not included in the rental.

Just that it?s hard to find it?s behind a old hotel and there?s no smoking on the premises
