Pros +
- Location
- Absolutely Beautiful: the hotel, the pool, the drinks, the food, the staff, the setting, the town. It was beautiful. The staff is so attentive. They were there to serve our every need. I would definitely recommend and surely come back. Five Star!
- Fantastic! Great spot. Very nice pool area
Cons -
- Did not get room we booked, broken AC, no hot water, no wash clothes, no knives in kitchen.
- The place was very dark and the lighting was terrible, it might’ve been bright white LEDs. It made us feel like we were in an office building every night and I dreaded the sun going down. The AC units emitted a super bright white light that lit up our bedrooms every night. Pool was pretty cold so the kids didn’t swim. The tv didn’t work. The “full” kitchen was hard to cook in, not stocked with standards (no coffee machine, no paper towel, no salt, one blunt knife, one kitchen towel for 4 night stay). It felt more like an upscale hostel without comfortable amenities. Also we were charged an extra 500 pecos for an “extra person fee” to have a babysitter come for 3 hours during the day.
- No WiFi working at all, Beds extremely uncomfortable, Hard wood chairs as in living space

Charming courtyard and overall was clean. Cafe and cleaning staff were friendly.

Honestly save your money and go elsewhere, The only good thing is walking distance to town

We felt safe, it was clean, it is pretty in the pool area, kitchens super convenient and SUPER staff.
A kind of quirk - there is a towel issue that ended up intimidating us.The lady who does laundry/linens is a bit of a gatekeeper. One really must thoroughly explain why she should issue you a kitchen (for example) towel. Then wait while she discusses extensively with someone on the phone whether your request could come to pass. It is funnier after you get the towel you need, really.
Close to beach. The food was really good and waiters were great.
Noise above us. Sheets and blankets were quite rough. Ad stated we would have patio with garden view. We had a sliding door to pool area but no private patio. When we left they also tried to charge for an extra key card we were never given. Make sure to have everything fully explained before signing
The staff makes sure your in a clean relaxing environment
Bed mattress was very hard and the frame was super loud woke you up. Room was so bright at night time when time to sleep
Rooms were clean and spacious. Pool was nice and not over crowded. Breakfast was included with our stay. They offer gulf cart rental at the property for a great price compared to other locations. Short 4-5 minute walk to main area and Sayulita sign. Perfect quite stay for us away from the noise. Yoga on the roof top deck was a great way to start each day.
Our minisplit went out on the last night around midnight. It was giving an error code, luckily the room had a ceiling fan which helped keep it cool. The minisplit starting working again the next morning.
The pool, breakfast, suites, security, amenities, location
Our room needed to be updated. We had friends who stayed at the hotel, and their rooms were very nice, but ours needed updating and general maintenance. The counter had cracks, the shower door didn’t stay closed, one shower sprayed water everywhere, and paint was peeling. The layout was excellent, but it clearly needed work.
How clean it was, the food was delicious and the staff was wonderful.
That the WiFi didn’t work in the rooms.
Staff were all super smiley, helpful, and nice! Pools and Hot tub were great; they cleaned them every morning. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Loved the distance from town! You couldn't hear the noise and late-night town events, and the distance to the beach was less than a block! We could faintly hear the ocean from our rooms.
No furniture to set things on…kept clothes on the floor. Only one comfortable couch in the living room, and the hard chairs weren’t nice to kick back and relax. Showers were a tad cool in the evening, but we loved that it was because the water heaters ran on solar power! You just had to time your showering. The kitchen could use more dishes and supplies, but we didn't cook much. The food in town was excellent everywhere we went!
helpful staff, great pool and restaurant area, quiet at night
a little bit outside of the main town area but still very close walk to beach and restaurants
Wonderful location, steps from the path to the beach. Quiet yet very close to the Centro. Secure, with 24 hour reception. Breakfast every morning was great, the staff were phenomenal.
Nothing to say here, I have no complaints
We liked that the property was close to the beach and the plaza area. The breakfast were very good and staff friendly! Would stay here again for sure. Swimming pool in the backyard was very satisfying.
We rented a car but probably didn’t need to.
No hot water in the shower. No facecloth in the bathrooms. No tissues or paper towels in the suite.
Great location just outside the busy centre and a block from the beach.
Kitchen facilities could have been a bit better equipped for travellers who like to cook, but otherwise were great.
Cute and clean
Staff was not friendly except one servicer. We always had to say hi to them and they seemed put out. A/c in room didn’t work and toilet was plugged up. By 3rd day of this we checked out early. Didn’t seem to care. Said “it happens”. Out 350 for last day ….. and said didn’t care if we gave bad review. They said this info came from manager Sergio Aca. Enrique tried to help us as much as he could.
LOCATION!!! It is a flat walk to everything you need. The location is amazing. It was a five minute walk from the bus station, beach and downtown. It was very quiet at night, even though they were having a fair across the street. Luis at the front desk was very, very helpful in giving us restaurant recommendations and was always friendly and kind. The rooms were clean. The pool area was nice and also kept spotless with the pool cleaner there every morning. There are lots of beautiful plants. The gentlemen serving the breakfast were always great and they served toast, omelette, fruit plate and coffee/ juice. They had free yoga in the morning , but we didn't go.
We were on the ground floor and at night I didn't like the colorful lights that flashed into our bedroom ALL night from the pool area. There are no blackout shades. The pool was so cold we could not swim in it, even though it was 80 degrees outside. I also thought there should be a softer lamp. The bright overhead lights are very harsh and not very relaxing at night. We had a one bedroom/ one bathroom with a small kitchen and dining bar. To watch TV there was only a bed in the living room and my husband has a bad back and could not sit on it so he sat on a wooden chair. So if they put in a softer light at night and changed the bed in the living room to a pull out couch, I think it would be much more comfortable. If you stay there I recommend you get a room on the second or third floor with a balcony(to avoid the flashing lights) and check to see if they have a couch. The was water was only a little luke warm, always had goose bumps in the shower.
The suite was AMAZING and I loved the morning yoga options. It was super clean and had lots of space. The staff was also so kind and helpful.
