Casa Real Sayulita Hotel Boutique

Casa Real is a great place to explore the GOOD part of Sayulita. Beautiful quiet place. 5 min walk from the beach, 5 min walk from great cafes and restaurants. It's just perfect. And Jose is the best host ever.

Nothing to add here, but more garbage bins in the rooms might do the trick!

The staff, cleanliness, location and comfort were all great! We were fine not having a TV in our room and with the pool not being heated. I'm only noting this in case someone finds these two features important. We loved being here and we will return.

It is aging. Water leaking from roof in hallway. Seems unfortunate that a “yard” in the back isn’t utilized.

Nothing really. The location was great. A little away from the main part of town, but close enough to walk to everything and then spllep leacefully at night. The beach is a two block walk. It was a fabulous weekend and I will definitely stay there again.

Location, Staff, size of hotel is great.

No cooking pans, plates, bowls, or cutlery in room. Only cooking utensils.

Casa Real is a sweet and quiet hotel with mostly helpful staff but it's the management that sucks.

The night I checked in there was water dripping from the AC. The next morning there was water on the floor and I called to have it checked out. They had to call in an expert to fix it and I was out of my room for 2 and 1/2 hours. That's fine, things happen. But I was staying there for 8 nights and the manager refused to compensate me for 1 night. Instead he offered me a measly late checkout. Unacceptable to me. The hotel is quiet and has a small pool. Best of all it's next to Hotel de los Suenos which has daily yoga, and delicious breakfast buffets, plus massages. Next time I'll likely book there.

WiFi didn't work in the room.

The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome. Jose and Ren were great, both speak Spanish and English. The pool, although small, was enjoyable and clean.The location was close to town and the beach. It’s actually closer than I thought to both.We found several nice restaurants close by.If I were to go to Sayulita again, I would definitely stay there.

We found the room lacking in places to put our clothes. There were only 3 hangers in the room, and no chest of drawers.

Small, cute hotel a few blocks from the beach. They offer coffee, tea, and cold water for free in the pool area. The bed was comfortable.

The coffee/tea was available around 8:30 am; there was nothing around to get coffee before 8. I am an early bird. The hotel is not on a paved road so there is a lot of dust everywhere. Upon our arrival, we wanted to cut our trip short to 3 nights rather than 4, but management would not give us a refund for the 4th night so we stayed.

Nice room with Kitchenette. Beautiful pool, very clean and well maintained. Water for drinking and coffee tea in am. Very short walk to quiet beach, easy stroll into town. Will definitely go back.

Casa Real is such a beautiful and authentic place to stay! I can highly recommend Casa Real to everyone, who's travelling to the beautiful little surfertown Sayulita. Casa Real has such an high enery and the owner put so much detail to everything. This place is made with Love and a hidden gem. The botique hotel is based in the best area of Sayulita. The garden, the pool and all the details to everything, made us even more relaxe and just enjoy beautiful Mexico.

We liked the location being a few blocks from town. The room was very clean and spacious. All and all a good place to stay for the price.

It was noisy not because of the location but the other guest staying at the hotel were loud… the rooms echo a bit.

Casa Real is such a beautiful Botique Hotel. The service and the people are amazing friendly and we felt like in paradise. The garden and the pool is awesome and it‘s for just a small amount of people. A place to relax and recharge batteries in the amazing little Surfer Town Sayulita. We can recommend the area where the Hotel is the most! Only a few minutes walk and you are in the markets, shops, restaurants & bar area! Casa Real is Highly recommended from our side❤️‍?

- There was fresh coffee each morning that was a nice touch. Plus a water dispenser to fill up your water bottles.- Beds were very comfortable, showers had nice pressure.- Nice location, tucked away from the craziness of downtown.- Staff were incredibly friendly and kind. - The pool area and landscaping were beautiful.

- The communal washroom by the pool/coffee area was in rough shape. The men’s toilet seat was broken.- There were neighbouring roosters that woke us up from 4am onwards and didn’t stop until around 7am. This was obviously not any fault of the property, but it wasn’t the best sleep.

Staff was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable (kitchenette in the King room was a nice touch). Coffee and water available 24 hours in the snack area, good size pool with lots of shade and towels available for pool or beach. Hotel is a short 5-minute walk to the “quiet” beach and close to some amazing restaurants. We loved the location - very quiet, easily walkable to the town centre but away from the noise and crowds of the tourist zone.

The room had basic furnishings, an extra chair or bedside table would have been useful in the room. There was a small issue with water pressure and hot water in the complex that was addressed right away by staff, but a few evenings we noticed the hot water supply was low (possibly more people using at night)

Staffs were very friendly and the location was walking distance to cafe, restaurant, bar and beech. Their dogs (puppies) are adorable.

No screen with the window, wifi was very week, no chairs or table in the room (there were outside but always taken by our neighbors)

The desk clerk, Leo, was amazing. Thank you, Leo, for your sincere friendliness and helpful information. The hotel was very clean & comfortable. And the location was in our favourite part of town. We will definitely be back to Casa Real.

Small and quaint. Facility was clean. Easy access and great location. Not too far from Sayulita plaza

Overpriced. The hotel was great but it was outdated. There's no TV. The back window was facing an unkept area.
