Hey Lou Hotel Frankfurt Airport

Hotel is in an industrial area with no markets or restaurants nearby. The onsite restaurant doesn’t open until 5:30 PM. The airport shuttle doesn’t operate between the hours of 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Early check in costs 20€

It was clean, nice showers, etc

Not a fan of carpet in hotel rooms. It's advertised as a airport hotel but it's actually rather far from the airport. It's about an hour walk, or $30ish(USD) cab ride. There wasn't many things close by, it's kind of in an industrial area.

Our room was very, very warm, with no cooling features available other than opening a window. Staff advised that due to cool weather, air conditioning was turned off. Also, no wash clothes were provided, only hand and bath towels.

The place is brand new and clean,but no stores and restaurants around it, just warehouses.

Ladies ( not the gentlemen) at front desk very helpful. Rooms super clean.

Restaurant served meals cold and wouldn't correct it. For the price, it was terrible.

Very small rooms and long way for I'm airport to be called airport hotel. Be carful. There shuttle to the airport does not start tell 6:30 am. If you have a early morning flight your in trouble.

The rooms were very clean. In fact, so the decor was so white that I find it hard to believe they will be able to keep things so clean over time.

The hotel is not really that close to the hotel, but they have improved on their shuttle schedule every hour and we had no problem getting to the airport.

It was very clean.

There was no clock or phone in the room. We asked to have a wake up knock on the door since there was no phone. That knock never happened. The hotel was way to far from the airport. A shuttle didn't go at the time needed either.

Somewhat far from the airport - shuttle bus is frequent but is an extra charge.

Staff was friendly , that means a lot in Germany this is not easy to get

It was affordable.

The room would not cool off. We were on a room that faced the airport and highway but we had to keep the window open to keep it cool. This made our room bright and noisy. We slept very poorly.

Single bed, although very comfortable , and slept well

The room was clean and unique in their use of space (the room was smaller than I've seem elsewhere. The staff tried their best and the shuttle bus was excellent.

The location seemed quite far from the airport but the shuttle bus (a tour bus sized thing)picked us up on time and delivered us to the airport on time.

The hotel was modern, clean, and conveniently located to the Frankfurt airport. (FRA). A service station is close by if you need to refuel your rental car before returning it to the airport.

Restaurant was average, with above-average prices. The location made it difficult to go anyplace else.

The condition of the hallway could be improved.
