Zleep Hotel Frankfurt Airport Kelsterbach

Hotel was clean with restaurants close by

Room is cramped Limited food items for what I personally prefer first thing in morning

Nice ambiance and clean. Free airport shuttle is shared big bus with other hotels and drop you off at nearby bus stop (50m from the hotel). For the way back to the airport should take the free ticket from reception. Perfect and fast check in if made online in advance- just scan the received QR code and the machine gives you the key card.

The hotel is close to the airport. The shuttle was a plus.It was perfect to rest, really quiet.

Everything was alright. The road was being repaired, and the shuttle had to stop a little further, not to bad, and nothing to do with the hotel.

Busshuttle to airport

-Unstable wifi- Poor breakfast - Impossibility of paying anything in cash- Cold floor in the rooms and bathroom

Had a later than expected arrival due to the snowstorm that hit Frankfurt. The hotel was crowded due to the many flights that had been cancelled. The room was fine, food menu in the evening was limited, but the pizzas were fine. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was out early so we could grab some before heading to the airport. Overall, I would definitely stay here again if transiting through FRA.

It was amble for a one night stop.over

Shuttle Bus - had to wait nearly an hour to get to the hotel in the cold, and drop of and pick up were at a local bus stop. If I'd have known this I would have paid extra and stayed in a walking distance hotel

very nice clean, well located for overnight before flight. brekfest had many options and easy to get in and out.Room was a little small but it provided all needed for the overnight before a flight.

Excellent staff, great neighborhood.

Plain cement is boring, need bacon at breakfast and scrambled eggs!

Modern, clean.Easy self checkin.Basic but clean room. Nice area with supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Temperature control was good.

The breakfast was limited. If you just have 1 or 2 nights here then it is fine, however for longer stays you will get bored of the small selection very fast. The room I had was very small, for me it was fine, but if you wanted space to work on your computer etc then it’s not here. However, there is a large Co working space in the lobby area.

Very clean and hospitable environment

No in house restaurant. Had to trek under snow to get dinner. Breakfast menu is not rich enough

Breakfast goodShuttle service convenientLocation quiet

No good dining options after 10 pm

Good facilities, comfortable beds, clean, new and modern.. Staff very friendly and helpful.. shuttle to the airport was regular

Limited menu for meals is the only negative

Location, shuttle bus to airport. Kind stuff members.

Breakfast. Dirty bathroom wall tiles in the shower

We stayed here for one night before a long-haul flight and it did exactly what we needed. The hotel is fine for a short stopover, nothing extraordinary but comfortable enough. Breakfast was good and appreciated before an early departure. We chose this hotel mainly because the airport shuttle was included, which worked well for us.

Just be aware that the shuttle runs only once per hour and not throughout the entire day — there is a pause in the afternoon — so plan your timing carefully.

Close to airport, free shuttle bus, comfortable beds, good breakfast.

Shuttle bus should be more frequent, it was uncomfortably overcrowded. No kettle in room, only in breakfast room.

Nice breakfast, good service and value overall.

There is an emergency button right where you would expect the light switch. I wonder how many times a day someone is pushing it by mistake. I did in the morning…

Breakfast was good and simple

The room was very cold and the bathroom heater had a timer and kept turning off.And the price was a bit high for such a room.

Hotel is very clean and rooms are spotless. Friendly employees and easy to reach with the free shuttle.

Its cleanliness

The shuttle bus to the airport was a short walk away from the hotel, yes, but the morning I had to leave it snowing and the sidewalk was slippery. Plus I was carrying bags which complicated things. Would have been a lot easier for all passengers if the bus stopped in front of the hotel.

Parking

The room was like a concrete prison cell. Super small. Unfinished walls, ac was a joke. 2 degrees up or down .
