Platzhirsch Living

Rooms are very spacious

Reception was pretty absurd and unpleasant

Loved the beds.. Best in the hotels I've stayed in in Germany. Good shower. Simple accommodation but functional.

Needs more direction to catch airport shuttle from airport to hotel.

The shuttle is really convenient and the room is good. Was also able to walk to a restaurant for dinner and I think there is a grocery store nearby.

There was an odd smell coming from the sink and there seemed to be some dirt on the floor. It didn’t seem super clean.

Staff pleasant.Loved the shuttle service to the airport. Ate dinner at the restaurant and it was good too.

Bed comfort, but just personal preference.

The free and consistent airport shuttle was a major reason why I chose the hotel. Since I was arriving late evening, I contacted the staff regarding where the pick up was and their detailed explanation made finding the area easy. The check in process was smooth and my room was very clean and comfortable. The return shuttle back to the airport also came on time. I have no complaints.

I got to the hotel via train/S-Bahn to catch a flight the next morning. It's very easy to get to the hotel. Friendly staff. Nice modern rooms. Air-conditioned. Didn't have breakfast. Free shuttle to the airport. Great!

The rooms were clean, spacious and all the necessary items were provided.

The shuttle bus service was overcrowded and required a longer walk from arrival hall as well as to the hotel. Most of the walk is unsheltered. This was not clearly explained when booking.

Room and restaurant

I was told there was a free airport shuttle and help with my luggage. When I checked in the airport shuttle was a LONG walk from the hotel entrance and no staff to assist. It was a HORRIBLE experience. A friend helped me with my luggage on arr8val and paid for a private taxi when I checked out. Total ripoff

Friendly staff, easy check in and parking, room was very clean

One of the windows was not sealed properly, which allowed cold air (outside temperature -7C) to get into the room.

Everything! Nice staff, location, convenient restaurant, cleanliness!

The room was very clean bed was comfortable the employees was very nice and freindly and helpful

The bathroom door don't close, you can hear when it in uses

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value and great service. Really loved molylbot the robot ? who bought our drink ? and food

The staff was really friendly. The check-in process was really easy. Everything is new and clean, and the shuttle driver was so nice to drive my 84 year old dad all the way to the door. The food was tasty in the restaurant which after a long day of traveling was a must we didn't want to go out and there's not much near by. The beds were really comfortable and it was nice and quiet.

All good. Excellent connection to Airport. Edeka in walking distance. Everything new and clean.

Couldn‘t find anything ;-)

Wonderful value!! Let us check in early for really inexpensive! Great breakfast! Airport transportation included! Loved this little hotel. AND, we walked to a quaint little restaurant down by the lake.

Barrier-free so Icould use the elevator with luggage - helps when you are solo and a senior!!

Shuttle drops off at a dark parking garage and then it’s a hike with luggage to the hotel

Excellent stay. Nice people, clean, comfy, easy parking

What is not to love about a hotel right next to the parking garage and airport! Super easy check in and check out. Shuttle runs every 30 minutes to the airport like clockwork. Pizza in the restaurant below was just what we needed at the end of our trip. They have a bunch of vending machines with a variety of foods/drinks, but sadly they were all out of order when we were there.

Barn door to the bathroom, I will never understand this new trend.

Cozy and comfortable, good breakfast

10:00 am check out is too earlyIt was not that easy to find the shuttleNo coffee/tea in the room

The location was great. Having access to the airport shuttle was absolutely amazing and helpful. The Resturant was wonderful. It had good food and great service.
