it is not really close to the airport. with the S bahn you gotta walk for about 20 minutes and with taxi it costs 25 euros to get to the airport.

I liked the location and the fact that they offered a shuttle service to and from airport. The shower was nice.

There are a number of things: 1. room was small and felt very cramped 2. no complimentary coffee in the room 3. staff was not particularly friendly, especially the young lady at breakfast 4. reception desk served as a bar 5. pillow was uncomforta

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and cute style.

Minor things like the bedsheets had holes in them, but again very minor. The sheets were clean

The reception/bartender in the evening was super friendly & helpful. He also had nothing but great experiences to share about the Moxi. Highly recommend going down for a nightly nightcap.

It felt like a newer hotel . It was a rather unique , funky setup .

Any thing that could go wrong , did . The hotel is an Industrial area. They could not find our booking even though I showed them the confirmation . The shuttle only operates each hour and does not drop us at the location but on the road.

perfect for staying the night close to Frankfurt airport; small but perfectly suitable rooms; beds are great; Restaurant Treffpunkt around the corner was economical and good

I booked the room for my girlfriend, she was a alone on the room and a man that works there enter in the room without be allowed to do that saying that he wants to check the bathroom, the door was locked, even that, he just opened door with his own key. And if she was not prepared tp somebody open the door, if she was changing?When she tried do report it on the reception the recepcionist just said that "That's our policy".So, this was disrespectful, absurdly unacceptable.The most important thing a hotel can guarantee is the safety and privacy of its guests, how absurd.

The food /breakfast is really good

Room was small, cold, the thermostat malfunctioning, ceiling with black blotches, most likely from leaking. The reception lady was polite, understanding and assigned us another room, which was worm. There are no closet or a wardrobe closet in the rooms and no phone if you need something . The bed was very comfortable and sheets were pristine though. The shuttle bus stop is a little away from the hotel, so if you have mobility issues or for some reasons you can’t walk think about it twice.

If you're going to stay at a chain hotel, at least stay at one with a bit of character and an interesting vibe. Moxy hotels certainly meet that criteria. My room was comfortable and quiet. I had an early flight, so I did not get to experience breakfast.

The shuttle ran on time, staff were friendly and the room was very clean and perfect for a short layover stay.

Unfortunately the restaurant did not have anything gluten free for dinner and it was after dark so I didn't want to walk by myself to a store or restaurant. While not large, I was able to find enough at the buffet breakfast.

Location was great. Problem: there are two Moxy Airport Hotels. We arrived initially at the wrong Moxy. Staff says this happens 'all the time'. Please delineate between the two. We loved the whole the whole concept. The lobby/bar/breakfast area was so cool and sweet. The room was lovely, clean, comfortable and quiet. We would definitely stay at the Moxy Airport Klesterbach hotel again!

The fact that there are two hotels called Moxy airport.

Clean, latest services- WiFi, usb outlets, modern shower.

Staff directions for shuttle pick up were poor.

Very helpful and friendly staff, the room was cozy and clean, it made me feel like home. Great breakfast and very convenient the shuttle from/to the airport! It’s my new favorite place to stay when I travel through Frankfurt.

Excellent location and facilities

Check in lady attitude was quite bitter; once her shift ended and other staff were there they all had a much better attitude.

Shuttle at airport was on new schedule and had to wait 30 min. Paper thin walls . Loud slamming room doors
