Pros +
- Facilities and amenities were clean and gorgeous views.
- The frontline staff are phenomenal.
- There were always lounge chairs available. !/2 of the staff was outstanding.
Cons -
- Food is not good. Barely edible cheap food served. Cleaning crew forgot to clean room one day and forgot to leave clean towels another day. The staff drags things around at 7-8am and make so much noise that you can¿t sleep in.
- The food was horrendous. We ate our most of the time. They struggle to accommodate more than six people at any of the restaurants. Frustrating. Hotel is rundown in rooms. Trying to get some bedsheets without stains on them was hard.
- Dinner 1 night was great, next time inedible. No newsletter in your room, 1 in the elevator, coach roaches ran across our table TWICE. No guacamole in the Mexican restaurant which was not good. This place is silent after 10:30 PM. Will not go back.
