Lagoon Attitude (Adults Only)

Lagoon Attitude was an amazing resort and felt very well organized from start to finish. There was enough space everywhere, so it never felt crowded, and the staff were great – always friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The lagoon itself is nice, even though there isn’t that much space for swimming directly there, but the pools in the resort more than make up for it. Food was another big highlight: the variety at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was more than satisfactory. We especially appreciated that every single dish had clearly stated allergens, which made things very easy and stress-free. There were enough options for gluten-free and vegan diets too.

If I had to pick one thing, it would be the quality of room cleaning, which could be improved a bit. Otherwise, everything was all good and we had a great stay.

Everyone in the hotel was super friendly, especially those who worked in the restaurants and bars! The food was always out of this world in every single one of the restaurants. The room service even cleaned our room TWICE a day! All in all we had an amazing honeymoon thanks to everyone working there!

The area for swimming at the beach was a bit small but it was still quite ok. The operation manual for the jacuzzi in the room is a bit misleading; we were not able to operate it on our first day there, but the next day the management sent technicians to help us with operating it, as well as a bottle of sparkling wine to the room as an apology for not being able to use it for the first day. All in all everything was almost perfect!

This hotel is also a botanical garden. That's how beautiful plants and trees around hotell are.

They sure have an attitude, but no shampoo,  mini bar or balcony doors that can be safely closed. The 'regular' staff—such as gardeners, room cleaners, and taxi drivers—seem to be doing an excellent job and are consistently friendly and polite. In contrast, those in managerial roles or at reception often come across as indifferent.Also this is the windiest place on the entire island which, in july , made balcony, pool and beach almost unusable.  The wind is strong and blows a howls 24 h a day, 7 days a week.

Amaizing stay. We traveled to Mauritius to celebrate my birthday. Émilie from the office made our stay something we didn't expect at all. We got a fantastic room with an incredible view, thank you very much for that. The staff were absolutely amazing, everyone was helpful, I would like to mention Reva who has worked magic for us several times to get reservations at the a la carte restaurants, and to have a wonderful birthday evening at Coral restaurant. Completely unexpectedly, Nathon sang a song for me, I got a birthday cake and the best treatment from the whole team Isha, Akshay, Deepansu and Yuvrat. The staff at the reception were very helpful and nice. We hope to come back!

Nothing really. If I were to pick anything, I'd say the matress in the room was too soft for my taste.

Wonderful adults-only hotel with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was attentive, the food was excellent, and the whole setting was perfect for a relaxing stay. Would definitely return.

Beautiful secluded bay; nice beach area, kept clean and ample sun loungers available. Not being clear about being charged for fresh fruit juices at the juice bar at the beach, even though we were on an all inclusive package- came as unpleasant surprise when checking out. It is difficult getting booked into restaurants on offer other than the buffet restaurant- unfortunately they were fully booked, disappointing as this was one of the deal breakers when booking the resort, have a choice of different restaurants.

- In general staff were rude. They were being dishonest and did nothing to help you as a guest.- We arrived Monday but it wasn't possible to get a table at any restaurant until Thursday- The housekeeping were terrible. They jjust threw the dirty laundry on the couch instead of taking it to cleaning (despite following the procedure given by the front desk). They emptied some glasses with lemons outside the door - didn't throw it out?- Why were we charged 10% in tips ?? For terrible service! Even during lunch where it were SELF SERVICE - In general the room were old and needed some love.... after every shower it smelled like a sewer...- There were no amenities at the room - and when we asked for cotton pads at the front desk we were questioned by the staff for why we needed it because "we weren't even wearing makeup" - have you heard of a skincare routine? Also don't question my need for something as basic as cotton pads- Live music every single night until 23h... it was so loud and so terrible. And this is not listed anywhere before booking. If we knew we would NOT have booked this hotel- We wasn't allowed to play tennis in the morning because of the noise.... but they play loud music until 23h...- We waited +45 min for our food at Coral restaurant and the waiter were rude- The beach/water where not clean

We loved our stay at Lagoon Attitude! The food was exceptional, with a lot of vegan options, and everything labelled carefully, which is wonderful for someone travelling with food allergies. The staff was warm and welcoming, a huge thank you to Abigaëlle at reception and Sanjay who took care of our room. The atmosphere was very relaxed. It's also great to stay in a place that is environmentally conscious in many different ways, including having free still and sparkling water dispensers available around the property.

Unfortunately, all the a-la-carte restaurants were booked up until our last night, and we weren't advised of this beforehand. At night, the music was quite loud from our room in block 1. But overall, a great stay!

The floor was wet every day after housekeeping service, some of the staff extremely rude (throwing the bill on the table and leaving without a word), didn't find it to be a good value for money compared to other hotels on the island especially with the rudeness of the staff that we did not encountered in other places

Really lovely staff on the whole, they work long hours but still manage to smile and have some banter with you. Food choices were good both in the a la carte restaurants and in Benitiers. Neat and tidy grounds. Lovely views from the Oceanview bedrooms. Plentiful Sun beds around

Everything felt a little old and run down, the room we stayed in could do with a lick of paint and some general updating. Some of the Sun beds could do with being replaced. Doors in and out of communal toilets always felt grubby.

The rooms are very bright, clean and well equipped. Facilities in the hotel are very nice and food is good. The all inclusive beverage menu is very ample and all restaurants are included, too. I also really liked how the staff picked up and recovered one small mishap with a lunchbox during our stay Also shout out to the new animator, his energy is very good!

The staff went out of their way to make our 30th wedding anniversary really amazing, with, lots of spoils. Our room overlooked the beach with perfect sunrises. The different restaurants offered a variety of foods. Lots to do on the resort.

3 of the nights entertainment was great, but was expecting a bit more of a vibe on the Friday night. Otherwise it was just perfect.

Breakfast and Diner Buffet are various. There is food for all tastes and it changes every evening.Additionally, the tennis and paddel courts are very good and the procedure to take reservations are very easy and flexible (for free, only the balls have to be bought).

No bottled water to buy, only bottled by the hotel in reusable bottles.
