Location was great, staff was very attentive and nice. The building was clean. The food was good.

The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable, there was a excess of ants and other insects in the room, The breakfasts were small portioned but still tasty. Would have liked more. The lock system needs to be updated as someone walked in the wrong room. Due to accidental lack of attention. (Could've been avoided with updated key card lock system. Also the cable television was not working.

Far from town center, did not service rooms, restaurant ha very high prices. Reserved double bed got twin beds. WiFi does not work in any rooms! Brewed coffee costs extra.

The location. It jas everything you need, restaurant, bar, gym and convenience store plus free shuttle from/to port. The beach front is superb

No comforter

The venue is good and vibrant. A good place to relax especially at night.

What I don't like in not on the venue but the tide. We were not able to swim there because at morning and in the late afternoon, it is always low tide. Of course, it is not under their control. We just picked a wrong timing. But we enjoyed our stay. But we spent most of our time outside to roam around the island.

Location, beachfront

Room is too small, not clean and need to be renovated. On our last night, we decided to take out food to our room and asked one of their staff if we could use their plates, she said yes BUT we should eat our food outside. Our room had no private terrace and table unlike other rooms. So how could we eat outside? Seriously? So I returned the plates and decided not to eat. She eventually said pwede ra ma’am basta Dili man kaha shells inyo sud an?? Really? So if kinhason sud an sa inyong guest Dili jud diay pwede,? after I talked to her and told her that it was my first time to heard a hotel/resort where you couldn’t eat inside your room.

It's beyond expectations. Nice and wide white sand beach

The only thing that disappointed me, was that I parked my car underneath tree shade. And the next morning bird's shit was all over my car. Nobody or Staff inform me, as they're more familiar with the place than I was

Location was good, the decor was nice

Room was dirty, stains of rust on the walls, very dated room and hotel. Prepaid breakfast was very limited selection but was decent. Beach area was nice but lots of boats bs a nice ocean view.

Room dirt the smell cockroach balcony no clean too much poop bird room dusty . I didn’t finish my days to stay just to go there and beach seing. No wifi. I ask staff to clean my room she just say yes . But ddnt go back.

The room is exeptional and it is near from the beach.

The distance from the port and the market is so far and we are so exhausted when we are in the resort.

The property has a beach front. It is very colorful and staff are awesome. It also had a free shuttle. There was also a live band.

The room has a peculiar smell that i had to go to reception and ask for an air freshener so we can remove the smell, it helped but i believe we just go use to the smell. It was quite far from other restaurants but the resort has its own.

It's a very nicely decorated place.The rooms are big enough and they're clean.Staff is very friendly and accommodating.The breakfast choices are good and there are extra options if you want more.There's a restaurant and bar also, which is right by the beach.The gym is free if you're staying in the hotel.

The only thing i like in Jelly's Haven are the staff. They greet you with a friendly smile.

No SAFETY PROTOCOL. They were concern for us to pay the broken glass rather than thinking of my comrade to be safe. No one ever dared to ask how he is...

Staff were fab, rooms are great, food is excellent, location is perfect… extra credit for the extra assistance provided when our arrival became late and the transpo facilitation

Pricey @450 for cooking the fresh squid that we bought

Beach front. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food as well, serving is above average

Do not order the steak. Low quality and doesn’t taste good. The rest are great!
