The sheets and towels had stains on them and the toilet had a funny smell. The wifi was also too slow.

This place is perfect place to stay in bantayan everything is near walking distance to the beach and theres so many convinient store around the area. And the bed is super comfortable and the staff are very nice and accommodating. We book only 3 nights but we extend another 4 nights we really love this place the room is spacious and theres a kitchen can cook for your breakfast. Everything is perfect here.

Where to begin?The shower pressure was non-existent.The lights didn't work.The air conditioning went off periodically.The bathroom had cockroaches.There was traffic noise all night.Construction was being done throughout the day above our room and in the adjacent room.No coffee, no water provided in the room.A sheet on the bed, nothing more.The TV was not smart ?I purchased an upgraded room. There was nothing about this room I would consider upgraded.Renter beware ...

Good large clean room in a central location, value for money for a stay in Santa Fe. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Accommodating staff.

Everything was good during my stay

The staff were incredibly accommodating. They assisted us prompty when our AC's was not working and help us to arrange a motor helmet rental. The location of the place was also very convenient. All in all, it was a pleasant experience staying here.

The property was located strategically accessible to all tourist spots, markets and important locations. Very clean and organized.

Really clean room, with extremely good air-conditioning. Balcony is nice place to hang out, overlooking main road to watch Philippine life go past. Staff are friendly and non-invasive, treated us like a normal couple which can be sadly lacking in some other places. Just 5 minute walk to beach, can do in standard beach wear. Mobile network coverage is really good and I was able to work there without any disconnections. Hotel Wifi is good too.

There is no refrigerator or kettle, but that is to be expected at that price (hot water is provided free of charge downstairs in thermos flasks).

Its 10 mins walk going to MJ Square and closer to nearby restaurants its good! Staffs were superb 10/10

a bit creepy

The area is relatively quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful if we need something. Walking after dark never felt unsafe. Plenty of food choices walking distance and a newly open convenience store nearby.

first room we got had dripping a/c so they changed our room for a different one that was in a bit worse condition then the first one. Bathrooms could use renovation bcs they were a shock. Shower water pressure was too low.No kettle nor any coffee cups. Slow wi-fi we mostly used 4g.

Its clean. AC is excellent. Staff is very friendly. It has a veranda which is a plus. Beds are huge.

A bit far from the beach but its fine since we brought a motorcycle with us.

I was accommodated on a late check in. The staff were really nice. The receptionist even drove me to Kawasan for my tour at 5am.

The key card didn’t work and I had a hard time opening the door with the keys but very helpful everytime

This is a gold mine, fantastic staff, rooms and everything was spotless, 10 min walk to beach, little shop across the road, hot water , breakfast was a bit disappointing but filled a hole , use if kitchen if you wish, will stop here again for sure

Great location just a walking distance to sugar beach. Grocery store is just a few blocks away. Easy to locate coz it’s beside the main road. Very accommodating staff they will check on you every now and then.

Water in the shower is not so strong.

The place was clean and the rooms were very spacious but the best thing is that all the staff were friendly, accommodating and polite. They would attend to your needs right away and will greet you every time of the day. Superb service! ?

Walk out the back and straight to the beach you can see the water drop the back door. You can walk everywhere you need to go.

We have free pickup at the port, which is very nice. The staff is polite and accommodating. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable. There is hot shower not too strong or low, just average. They provide clean white towels and soap, toothpaste, conditioner, shampoo (sachets). They have hangers in closet. They have a rug in the bathroom door. Overall for the price and location is worth to stay here. And we get our day tour here for 5 location which i think is okay for the price. And polite and nice driver. We have pleasant stay here walking distance to sugar beach.

On our first night we saw cockroach in the toilet (small and big) ?. And ants seems a problem in toilet and windows. Tv not working properly, nothing shows in the screen. But it was great stay anyway.
