The check in process was hastle free there is a vehicle that will pick us up for free to the hotel and they offer motorcycle for rent for easy travel in the Island

Shower is not working. The tv has no Netflix

Property is clean! And the staff is 100000/10! They are very very accommodating from the Free port pick up, and arranging motor rentals for us. We got stuck in the island because of a typhoon and the extension of stay and service is superb, they even helped us hooked up for the earliest boat out of the island when no travel ban was lifted. And that us superb customer service

Wifi is not yet available on the top floors. But overall the internet is decent and no problem for WFH

Staff were very accomodating.The room was very spacious ans clean.They assisted me in moving to new room when the AC broke.

The water that they use is deep well. It gives off a smell when we use water and its unpleasant.

We had a great stay! Our room was spacious, clean, and had a large window with a nice street view. Check-in was smooth, and we also arranged a scooter rental for 300 pesos per 24 hours.The location is convenient—close to stores and restaurants—yet the neighborhood remains peaceful and quiet. The staff were friendly and very accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.A big plus was its proximity to the port, and we appreciated the free pick-up service upon arrival. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

We had a fantastic stay and really couldn't find anything to dislike about the accommodation. Everything was just perfect!

They accommodated us for an early check-in and provided us with breakfast meals just coz everything in town was still closed when we arrived. You can also ask them about tourist attractions, eats and all that.

Some fixtures needed to be repaired. Sliding doors were difficult to open.Maintenance is always the key to keep rooms clean and comfy

Premium room has four double beds.We are a family of four so we had 1 bed each! AC is working so well to combat summer heat!Staff are amazing!.

Toilet us run down. Shower head fell on my forehead i now have a bruise. Towels are old and looks unhygienic. You have to do a good 10 minutes walk to the beach, or 15 minutes to the nicer part of the beach. Other than that, a good value for money.

Spacious rooms, we had the deluxe room and the triple room on the street side.Location is good, grocerie and beach nearby, everything in walking distance. Big kitchen on ground floor so you can prepare food for yourself, like breakfast.If price per night would be 1000 php, than the price would fit the condition of the hotel.

Rooms need renovation. Everything is a little run down, but still kind of acceptable, if you don't have high expectations. The bathroom works in general but the water heater need refurbishment, since it not working probably.

The bed is comfortable. The location is great, near the beach and walking distance to the market. Quite and nice area. Near the port. Staff is helpful and kind. Price is reasonable. Good for family bonding

Kitchen is dirty and plenty of ants. Utensils are rusted and dirty. Please get rid of the rusted utensils. They are dangerous to our health. The windows, walls, floors and celings of the the kitchen needs to be cleaned and detailed. Dust and dirt are visible.

I like the location being it is near the Poblacion of Sta. Fe and very accessible to beaches specially to Kota and establishments are just right at the corner. The place is huge and and staff are friendly.

I may not like the location of our room because its on the side and the terrace doesn't show any view but the neighbor's house. Also the curtain is light, so our room would be bright all day lol but the overall experience is awesome!

The location of the hotel is near the Bantayan Beach. It is walkable but if you are not into walking you can easily hail a cab for 20php or 15php. The family room is spacious enough and clean.

Poor the Cleanliness. Smell is so awful, and I get sick.I just slept for 1 night, and I still pay 3 nights and went to other accommodation because I can't stand the smell and dirty bedsheets.

Big spacious room feels fresh and has a good AC. Love the balcony. The staff are amazing and always did their best to be of assistance during our stay. They also helped with renting motor bikes.

Nothing, will definitely return here next time we stay in Bantayan.

Its near the center- restaurants, pharmacy, atm and wet market. It has a free service for pick up in pier or port. Friendly driver named Aldo serves as land tour guide too.

The mattress is uncomfortable, bathroom fixture must be fixed as well as screen door and main door lock.
