The staff are extremely accommodating and always ready to assist with anything we need. They were very responsive to our requests and consistently helpful throughout our stay. Despite being a large group, they remained patient and professional at all times. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. The food was also excellent — flavorful and satisfying. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The pool is good, although there are a lot of kids jumping and splashing.

This room was barely bearable! The location gets very dark at night since there is no street lighting. The water pressure was horrible, and the shower actually gave shocks when touched — wires and cables were hanging above it, which was quite scary. There’s no shower curtain, so the water floods the toilet and the whole floor. Hot water was just barely tolerable.The AC is noisy, making it hard to sleep, though it does keep you cool. The bed was really uncomfortable, so don’t expect any “resort” feeling here.Breakfast was okay — the eggs and toast were good, but the ham looked like it had been sitting out for agesThe staff were helpful, especially the guy who helped with our luggage and car. Be aware that there are loads of homeless, very skinny dogs nearby — please consider buying some food and giving it to them.The food in the room was okay, but don’t expect much.

Very good value and easy access to the whale shark embarkation point. Hot water shower was great after swimming with the whale sharks. Staff are friendly and very accommodating and breakfast was adequate.

Too many warnings about breaking something and need to pay for it including leaving stains. lol

Noisy a/c. Construction workers started making noise at 5am. I required earplugs to sleep.

Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast on the first day had a big black dead fly/blowfly, it's unbelievable. That turned me off on my stay here. Bathroom had a big spider, my husband was shouting while he showered, thought it was poisonous. Bed is not comfy.

I was hesitant to book at first because of the hearsay that the resort was something off however it was the opposite when we experienced there.Most of the staff were friendly and accommodating even the manager.Keep it up!Also,the front desk in the morning shift was so charming that made the mood brighter.

The sink in our and lobby need to be checked because of the leakage.

To my friends at the GinGing Hotel and Resort. Thank you for providing a welcome experience for my brief stay (2 nights). The pool was so refreshing and the views of the ocean outside my window provided the idilic stay I was looking for in this Philippines paradise. Traveling alone, my room was just right for a comfortable sleep. The Philippine breakfasts were delicious and the fruit shakes very tasty. I was very pleased with their recommendation for a trike driver who ended up being my sole transportation during my stay. I regret that I don't recall his name, I know he's a proud father of 6 children and he took care of my whale snorkeling adventure as well as my trip to Sumilon island for more snorkeling, and a recommendation for a delicious dinner in a Philippine foods restaraunt. He also arranged for my cab back to Cebu City for what I felt was a very fair price for the 3 hour drive, door to door service.The staff at the hotel have a deep resect for hospitality, which should be expected in the hotel industry, but I've stayed in many hotels in the USA (my country) who could learn a thing or two from the staff at the GingGing. Due to my lagging tech skills and faulty devices, they were so kind to assist with my access to my email from their front desk computer in order for me to confirm my next destination booking. The staff was always at work, not just cleaning rooms but attending the cleanliness of the entire property. No regrets booking my stay at the GingGing, book with confidence.

Nice facilities including pool with bridge. Food was good, but service a bit slow. The included breakfast was worth it. Rooms were nice.

A large group was very loud at 530am outside of our room.

The property was really nice. It has a beautiful view of the bay. The rooms were clean and had hot water for showers. The pool was really nice too. They cleaned it every morning. They also offered in-house laundry service, which was really convenient. Would definitely check in here again.
