Pros +
- I was actually taking a Jacuzzi and enjoying myself in that Jacuzzi, which is right next to the ocean and somebody came down and said they had to turn off the Jets. Presumably they didn’t like me spending money on their electricity. I don’t know what that’s all about why have a Jacuzzi if you’re not gonna let people use it
- The breakfast was very nice and was very reasonable. Free drinking water & coffee were a big plus
- I really like the serenity and comfort the place gives. Although it doesn't have a stair directly accessing the beach but the sea view, specially when in the infinity pool,is great!
Cons -
- Well, it looks like it’s actually this could be a great property cause it’s right next to the ocean, but I think the reason that it doesn’t have a lot of people in it is that it’s been neglected and my feeling is if you’re not gonna take good care of your property. You probably should just sell it to somebody else you can promote it and take good care of it. You’ll get more visitors if you actually if you treat your visitor is nice.
- I honestly don’t think much could have been better other than shampoo & soap plus only 1 towel for us
- Definitely not for kids this place.

It’s beautiful place on the cliff and the place was clean and the infinity pool was nice.
Definitely not for kids this place.
The staff was welcoming and did their best to accommodate usMy kid liked the poolI loved the jacuzzi I loved the access to the sea The room has heating system Hot shower Lovely view
The limit of the availability of food. I wasn't expecting that it wasn't much of a restaurant despite the ambienceAlso, the chopsuey lacked a lot of ingredients albeit it still tasted alright. I'm sure the staff did all they could with what was accessible to them to accommodate me The bathroom smelled funky when we got there.Thankfully, the smell went away after I left it open for a while.Another thing, there was someone smoking in the area that's not a smoking area. My kid and I have asthma so we try to stay away from smoke.
The beautiful coastal setting and infinity pool
Limited food choice for breakfast but still good
Very nice, clean room
The booking mentions a private terrace. There is only a balcony in front of the room that leads to the other rooms. When I moved a chair to sit there, I had to get up every few minutes to let pass other guests. The swimming pool is nice, but a few lounge chairs around the pool would be welcome. The access to the sea is very dangerous at high tide if you are not a very good swimmer, they should put a warning sign. There is no lunch service. The evening meal must be ordered in advance. The food wasn't worth the effort or the price. Only restaurant I know in the Philippines that doesn't serve rice!
we left 2 days earlier. we paid for 3 rooms 4 nightswe were told we can leave after 2 nights . we leftbut had to pay 4 nights x 3 roomshow do we get refund?can we get refund? booked under Guan Teh, Eng Ah Beng, Normain 3 roomsPLWASE reply
TV doesnt workno change of the bed sheets dailyn o serviceslow service all dayworst no hot water and had to use pails to bathe
You are right on the ocean and can swim directly our front of the hotel in a protected marine area.Pool was nice and staff turned on the jets for thr kids, which was fun!Yummy dinner onsite.
Location is a bit far from anything, which would be okay if you had a motorbike or car, but it is a distance to walk to town.Room we got was not what was shown on Booking. I didn’t complain, but I did notice.
sea view room
staff/management was very deceiving… they gave me a lower room category ( not the one i booked) then asked me to pay for the higher category.

No fridge
View from the pool is very nice
Disgusting breakfast, staff is not helpful/friendly, everything is very old here. Only one towel for two people?! Quite far off from everything
So relaxing.the sea is amazing. So quiet best rest ever, great local food
All goo
Very friendly and accommodating staff. The place is relaxingly quiet. Excellent location if you want to meditate or enjoy the sea.
The seawater is clean. We could see different kinds of fishes, crabs and other sea creatures. I like the jacuzzi. I like the location. The room we stayed in was big yet the room rate was affordable. Staff was accomodating. Breakfast wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either , wasn’t that expensive for resort pricing but serving is not big and there isn’t much to choose from so…
Wifi most of the time could not penetrate within our room, no cable, toilet bowl was not flushing well, furniture a bit dusty, not much shady areas outdoors to block the scorching heat of the sun during the day
Great place to snorkel. Right infront of a sanctuary. They also had really large rooms
Cooking was a bit expensive since we had to pay per dish
The view
The fact that you are paying for that much, I guess it would be better to have a decent WiFi connection. The place is relaxing it can give you time to detach yourself from the City life but having a great WiFi connection where you can watch church online, play hill songs while enjoying the view will be beneficial.
Good family rooms with seaview and terrace for reasonable price. Staff were accommodating amd helpful.
Staff were not wearing face masks. The food available in their menu tastes ordinary and were a bit expensive for their taste and serving.
The resort has a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunrise. We also truly enjoyed snorkeling with seawaters so clear and school of fishes abundantly passing us by. The staff were also mostly friendly and accomodating. And they provide service mineral water unlike other resorts that force you to buy bottled water!
I failed to see their email that they required 50% downpayment. They only called me when they already gave my reserved room to another client and assured me that there will still be a room for me. I just wished they called me first before giving it away as I would have been willing to pay right away. The food was delicious but a little too pricey, was surprised to see that 3pcs of chicken ws 199 pesos ?. But it was good though and the lumpia and bam-i were more in accordance with the price. Cr was a bit wet all the time and hope they will provide more places to hang towels and other things. All in all, I hope they can improve as I will stay here again especially because I want to support locally-owned resorts and businesses.
Friendly staff, delicious food and awesome oceanview
