Good/ adequate breakfast. Location is great for the clotes chair lift.

Not enough cupboards/ storage space in quadruple room.No mirrors in bedroom . Only in the bathroom which delayed us getting ready.

Ran out of hot water for post ski showers on a couple of occasions ( 6.30 pm ) when showers hot they were very good Bath robes for the room / jacuzzi would have been appreciated

Hotel seemed brand new and well designed. We had a large room which was kitted out to a high standard. Friendly and helpful staff (particularly reception). Excellent breakfast and a nice, relaxed place to have dinner after a full day of skiing. Great location, close to some shops and restaurants and not too far to walk to the Clotes ski lift.

Everything, but the staff in particular - they were exceptional, and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Only negative was there was no bath, only a shower, but that was only a really minor problem.

Really nice staff, very friendly and helpful. Good decor in communal areas and rooms.

Recommend that you take ear plugs in case your room overlooks the bar over the road as it can be noisy. One small thing - otherwise was great.

Hotel was nice, chilled, good spa, nice restaurant food.

No Pinot Grigio! And one point which is very useful for anyone skiing, have some hooks on the walls / doors for coats and clothes - there was one hook!

Warm, spotlessly clean rooms, staff were great couldn’t do enough for you.Magda on check in friendly and gave some great advice, Annette was lovely and the lady who served us at breakfast every morning was a star, sorry I don’t know her name but after day 2 as soon as we were seated she would be ready with a tea. ☕️ ??Breakfast good, restaurant at night good.?? Everything, but especially the atmosphere. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms (at least on the 3rd floor) are quiet and private. We rented a room with a jacuzzi on the balcany, which was the best idea ever for seven days of a skiing ⛷️ holiday. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in Souze D'Oulx.

Nothing.....The breakfast and the restaurant is not outstanding as the rest of the hotel, but we would not complain about it, though.

Perfect ski hotel. Spacious,comfortable rooms.Good breakfast. Secure covered parking.Near to all restaurants and bars. Ski lift just a short stroll. 5 minutes from motorway exit.Friendly, efficient staff.

Incredible staff so helpful as I turned up with a broken motorbike limping through the day. The staff helped by supporting with locations to get parts and people who might be able to help further

Excellent hotel with clean, large and quiet rooms. Great bed and very good breakfast of very high quality and multiple selections. These people take their job very seriously and do the best they can to please you in any way they can. Great stop on our way to Annecy for a road trip to Italy, France, Switzerland and Germany

The rooms are very modern, clean, quiet and spacious. Breakfast is good. The check in process late in the evening also worked very well. Highly recommended.

The third time staying at this hotel on route from Central Italy back to Paris. Always a good stay. The rooms are clean - we didn't get the big room we always get. But this one had a balcony so that was a bonus. Breakfast is good.
