Super nice people, amazing location and amazing breakfast!
Friendly family run hotel in centre of resort. Lovely family room and the outdoor jacuzzi was a real treat after a day's skiing.
Having to go home!
Good location, everything else ok. Rooms clean, small, with small balconies. Good breakfast buffet of cold meals, but only hot dish - boiled eggs .
Italian TV channels only.
Plenty of pasteries and cold cuts etc
More cooked food like scrambled eggs and bacon would have been nice
Friendly staff; good location
It was a bit weird to have to book a table in the bar in the evening - also emails not always answered
Beautiful property which is decorated in traditional Alpine furnishings with lots of character and charm. It is exceptionally clean and always smells amazing in the corridors etc and public areas.
There is nothing to dislike.
The room was always nice and warm, spacious and had a balcony. Daily cleaning services was a bonus, thank you!The hotel was very helpful with arranging a shuttle to the lifts, information on bus stops etc and most of all the family owned business allowed us a private ski instructor Matteo. Thanks Matteo for all the help as this was our first ski trip and me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed it! You helped us immensely and we were able to do a blue run or two, which I personally thought would only happen on our next trip.See you soon!PS, the staff, reception were all very professional and friendly, thank you! The every morning breakfast, WoW!
We stayed in the Suite the first week of February 2025. We had a mostly pleasant stay with only some minor issues. Overall the hotel is nice, clean and well decorated.
We had some small issues with the suite that could not be rectified. The sauna controls were worn out to the point of the backlight of the controls was shining through and we had to plaster a piece of cardboard over it to sleep. The suite is also located on the lowest floor of the hotel (-1) and as such it was below what we reckon was the kitchen and dining room which meant it could be loud in the morning and evening if people we drinking late. Signage to the room could be better as we had a number of incidents of people attempting to open the door while looking for the exit door from the boot room which could be rectified with a clearer sign for the exit. Finally the bed is very very firm, this can be a preference but I found it to be very uncomfortable and had a stiff neck as a result for the week.
Breakfast choice was plentiful and the homemade granola especially delicious.
Small issue with the shower which leaked water over bathroom floor no matter how careful we were with closing shower doors and we were without a bath mat for a couple of days. However that was a minor issue as everything else was first class.
We stayed in the suite with sauna and it was absolutely fantastic. The room itself was very comfortable and it was lovely to return from skiing to find it had been cleaned. The breakfast was lovely, a great selection of food and the bar staff were lovely and friendly. The reception staff were also fantastic. They even printed out the bus and train timetables for our return journey and drove us to the Sporting chairlift every morning. Would 10/10 recommend this hotel.
Very comfortable bed, clean bathroom and friendly and helpful staff
I recently stayed at the Serendipity Hotel and had a mixed experience. The hotel itself is lovely, beautifully decorated with lots of wood and exposed beams that give it a warm, inviting atmosphere. The room was nice, with a comfortable bed and a great bathroom stocked with all the amenities you could need. The breakfast was also a highlight, offering a nice variety to start the day.
The noise was a significant issue. The hotel bar is extremely loud, and unfortunately, the noise drifts up the staircase and into the rooms, making it hard to relax or sleep. Additionally, the street noise is very noticeable—everything from passing cars to people leaving the bar, barking dogs, and even crying kids could be heard clearly from my room. While the hotel has a lot of charm, the lack of soundproofing really detracted from what could have been an otherwise pleasant stay.
Beautiful hotel right in the centre of the town. Secure parking for our motorcycle. Lovely staff, very friendly.
Couldn't control the air conditioning. It was 26° in the room which was uncomfortable.
Beautiful rooms and great location in Sauze. Excellent buffet breakfast.
Breakfast was brilliant. The room was clean, very cosy and well equipped/decorated. The staff were very friendly, helpful and polite.
My only constructive feedback would be the WiFi, it was a little hit and miss and ended up just using data roaming most of the time.
Great breakfast, friendly staff, comfortable rooms
Over-perfumed rooms, room less charming than im photos on booking
