Pros +
- There is a parking garage nearby the hotel, it has extra cost but it was really convenient. Breakfast was excellent, a lot variety, fresh orange juice, nice coffee! The restaurant downstairs offers good food and nice selection of wine. Staff was polite and they did all possible for us to enjoy the stay.
- Fantastic breakfast. More than enough to eat, fresh bread and croissants, meats cheeses, cereal, cakes, biscuits. We where there as we had broken down passing through, booked to stay day by day waiting for car repair. Staff where excellent and let us keep our luggage in the hotel making things a lot easier.Restaurant was very good. Pizza and pasta was very nice. Portions where generous.
- The location of this hotel, situated in the central Piazza of the town, is its greatest advantage. The bar on the first floor seemed to be an oasis for tourists. The room had a warm interior that evoked the feel of an Alpine chalet. The atmosphere, including the curtains, bedcovers, and cushions, was lovely. Although the building is old, it didn't feel outdated. The room was equipped with a double bed and a single bed, and thanks to the cushioned headboards, even the small space felt comfortable.Breakfast is not a buffet, but it offers a typical Italian breakfast with a wide variety of sweets, mini cupcakes, cereals, and more. The croissants were especially delicious. A platter of cheese, ham, and salami is also served individually.
Cons -
- The beds could be a little softer.
- There seemed to be some chaos during the Sunday morning checkout, which did not go smoothly. When I called for assistance, the staff appeared displeased, but otherwise, they were kind and provided detailed information about picnic spots in the town.Overall, I had a very satisfying stay. The WiFi was not available.
- Nothing to dislike about this hotel

Nothing to dislike about this hotel
Great location, great bar below, good breakfast.
Hotel is a little dated but still great value
was in the centre of the town, with a great pub downstairs, a balcony with views of the lovely mountains and of the people walking on the streets
nothing to fault about the hotel
Awesome breakfast. Wonderful room. Very nice and helpful staff.
Great central location, friendly helpful staff
Noisy at night and early glass collection every morning
The wait staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean! Great location Nice breakfastBeautiful building
We stayed 5 nights in total over the New Year period. We were unable to sleep due to the pub downstairs playing very loud music and general pub noise. The rowdiness went on well after midnight almost every night. The walls between rooms are paper thin-you can clearly hear people talking, snoring, opening/ closing doors, flushing toilet etc in rooms next to you. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. On New Year’s Eve we were refused service at the hotel’s restaurant due to a function. Had we been informed about this beforehand it wouldn’t have been a problem as we could have pre-prepared. However, the entire town’s restaurants were booked out and we were unable to get dinner anywhere. There are no facilities in the room or hotel to accommodate such situations i.e microwaves, kettle, fridge. Luckily the waitstaff put boiling water in cup-a-noodles for us (the only food we could get). I was furious about this considering I paid the hotel almost €300 per night to stay!
Nice clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, exceptional breakfast.
the oldish environment in the heart of the city. good motorbike protection.
corridor should have more light.
Perfect location, excellent staff, nice rooms. Breakfast was amazing!
NIce room with everything you need, clean and cozy . Good bed. Nice Restaurant with great food, Breakfast is perfect.
This is a lovely hotel to stay in very picturesque the staff were fantasticCouldn't do enough for you and friendly breakfast was great
Nothing i didn't like
It was a lovely stay. We only picked it last minute for our travel from the Italian Riviera back to the UK.Situated near the Frejus tunnel in a slope ideally for in session sports we enjoyed our short stop over with a meal in the restaurant. Breakfast at 8 am was already set up and plentiful.
The only bit that we noticed with our British eyes was the lack of vegan food, which isn't unusual in Italy and may be just interesting for a limited amount of travelers.
Cosy hotel, great breakfast, friendly staff.
Good B&B with good location in the center. We had a room on the third floor with balcony and a nice view to the valley. Private parking at no extra cost.
Room at third floor and no elevator. Can be noisy with a trendy bar in the building. Wanted to take a drink in the outdoor bar, no staff gave notice so we left, not good....
Incredibly friendly staff, lovely rooms with beautiful linens and amazing views and to top it all, a lovely cosy restaurant and little bar. This hotel way over delivered and we were delighted. We will definitely be back.
Everything was great about this little hotel!❤️
Breakfast very good, location very central indeed, inside the ZTL pedestrian zone
